Kinda bummed out tonight after tonight experience.
I came in on 09/18/25 and my fiancé and I walked in and wasn’t greeted AT ALL, in fact the girl gave me the most nasty sour face I have ever seen! She didn’t have a name tag on but her hair was in a low ponytail and she was wearing glasses and has a necklace with a L on her neck. However, she finally sat us down and when we sat we waited over 10 minutes for our server to come and say anything, but we were patient. She finally came over and took our order and got us our drinks, and that’s when everything when down hill from here. She checked on us TWICE. THE MANAGER HAD TO COME CHECK ON US! ANYWAY.. she wasn’t happy to be here, and it seemed like we were an inconvenience to her. We sat quietly and tried not to be a bother to her, I’m sad to say I did not enjoy our time tonight and that’s sad. I spend over $70, and I just wanted to have a wonderful night with my fiancé and not to be bummed like I was tonight.

I was told by many people that this was a very good restaurant that served up a pretty darn good steak. So me and my friend went this evening to have dinner. Restaurant was dirty, tables unclean. Service started out fine got worse when they started getting more customers. Food was terrible. Salad was blah and thrown together and the legendary steak was terrible had so much salt on it that it was damn near uneatable and in fact I left half of it on the plate. I was hoping that this place would be a new shining star of a steakhouse in Norman, I was completely wrong and I will never go back. I would look for somewhere else. Ever wonder why Charleston's Restaurant parking lot is always full?

The waitress seemed to have to many tables to adequately serve the guests. The food was great... even though our steaks were not cooked how they were ordered. The restaurant overall was clean and the experience was pleasant.

The Cowboy Ribeye was cooked med just the way i ordered it. Was so juicy and tasted absolutely wonderful. Also had the White Cheddar cheese mushrooms for the 1st time, they also were great. The server was very nice and attentive to our needs. Great experience will be back. 5 stars for sure, Thank you, Terry B.

After a horrible beginning to the evening at Red Lobster, our party of 5 left, and went nextdoor to Longhorn, where I was actually able to enjoy my birthday. Excellent food, the best service from our waiter Josh, and even a dessert from the manager. We will most certainly be back!!!

Incredible! New go-to steak house. The best service, our waitress was the sweetest and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The food was delicious. So many great options! We tried the spinach dip as our app, then got the filet & outlaw ribeye. For sides we tried the Brussels (10/10), mashed potato’s, and mac n cheese. You can’t go wrong.
