Everything about this little place is positive. The service is super friendly and efficient. We had a fun conversation and back and forth with the waitstaff. The food is delicious. I'm always pleased. The Birria is the best in town, among all of their delicious dishes.

I’m not giving a lower score, because it’s local and everyone has different tastes, and I’m a suburban white guy so take my opinions for what they are. But if you’re like me, I will offer my perspective:I won’t go here again, just simply because the food is very bland and doesn’t have much flavor to me. Some may like that. I didn’t think the consistency was amazing either. The food wasn’t bad or gross or anything, and the store was clean, although the men’s room was out of paper towels.I ordered carne asada street tacos and a burrito. I will say, I don’t think they are used to to-go orders so maybe just dine in if you’re going here. I got my food and there wasn’t any sauce or anything for the tacos. I went back in and politely asked for hot sauce and napkins. They gave em to me but he said “why didn’t you just eat inside?” so yeah I think they aren’t used to people taking food to go.Another interesting thing was when I was asking what comes in the burrito, I said well I know it’ll be good no matter what, and he said “it’s made by an actual real Mexican, so it’s going to be good” which I thought was weird. Mexicans make food everywhere, they are also in the kitchen at burger joints and all kinds of places. We are used to Mexicans making food, especially at Mexican restaurants so it’s nothing new. But I think he was just being friendly and chatty with me. Just kind of an off statement. The dude was probably Mexican himself btw, as he had explained to me that he has the best English out of anyone there but that it’s still not great. The chips and salsa and queso were good. No complaints there. Definitely nothing amazing, but I don’t even expect chips n salsa at a place that isn’t Tex Mex so that’s fine. I found it funny a dude made a review on here saying he had hoped for authentic Mexican food but was disappointed and didn’t like the queso LOL. Calling food authentic or not is just super vague and dumb anyway. If it’s real ingredients, the food is authentic. And if you’re wanting authentic Mexican, you’re not expecting queso..Anyway, that’s my experience. From a suburban white guy who enjoys taquerias, taco trucks, and Tex-Mex alike, I found this food to be bland, and I found the beans to be odd-tasting. But clearly there are many who like the food here so no hard feelings!

The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food was very good and authentic. Dinner portions are so big. There's no way I could eat it all. Well worth visiting!

The service was so quick, it surprised me. We could not have received better service. Food was excellent and served hot! While not crowded, there were still quite a few people left over from the lunch crowd. Made it easy to get back to work on time.

Amazing service and the best chicken enchilada I’ve ever had! The chicken was so moist and not dried out. Everything was so flavorful!

The food was great and the service was exceptional! We just moved here from Arizona and have definitely found our Mexican restaurant. The tacos and taco salad were delicious. We can’t wait to try out more dishes from the menu.

This place is... unfortunately not the best. Nevertheless, we enjoyed ourselves (more than likely because we are on a work trip). We hoped for fully authentic Mexican but got something different. Although it's free the queso was horrendous. The taste felt very 'canned' as if from Sam's club bulk. The texture was the worst part but only visually. It looks like tapioca or custard or similar but it tasted fair to moderate. Anyhow the people are very nice which is very important. I'm sure covid ruined their sales which is why their ingredients maybe are not as good. This remains true for MANY restaurants I've eaten at since 2020
