First time for me at this location. I ordered a chicken club sandwich that was going to take 10mins, so I told the guy I was gonna go sit in my truck and would be back in about 10. About 8mins pass by and he’s walking my sandwich out to my truck to hand me in person!!! He was so kind and really went the extra mile. My receipt says his name is Jacob. THANKS JACOB! You made my day. Hard to find people who have great customer service these days(unless you’re at Chick-fil-A) ? PS..sandwich was yummy too!

If you have issues with doordash, Avoid this place at all cost. I caledl them and ordered a delivery order expecting a marco's pizza delivery driver,t hen started getting texts from Doordash, which I did not order from. Then the doordash representative delivered to the wrong address, refused to fix it, and the marcos pizza management told me I had to go through doordash to get my money back. They never told me they were sub contracting doordash over the phone, or that they put in the order to be delivered through doordash,then told me it was my problem. The fact that this place can't keep enough staff for delivery service they say they provide, should tell you all you need to know. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME,MONEY AND SANITY.

This location has serious issues. Marco's has great pizza, but this place keeps messing up. We've had missing items, and wrong orders for a year. The Northside store and Moore have been perfect everytime.

Honestly this place is awful, you don’t get any help. You can tell the employees don’t care about their job. I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes before the lady even said anything to me. I was the only person in the store. I heard the phone ring 3 times and they didn’t even pick it up. I ordered 45 minutes ahead and they haven’t even started my making my order. Rip customer service, very slow looks like they are working in slow motion. Disappointed in this store! If you want better pizza and better service go elsewhere.
