Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings

The place is cute, pizza was pizza, older lady with blonde/gray hair was sweet. The pop machine had some goop coming out of it, some poop on the toilet, all handles and counters were sticky. Overall disgusting place to eat. Cute if you don’t look too hard.

Ordered my food online, went to pick it up knowing that I was within 5 minutes early.

Waited 20 minutes then stood at the counter an additional fee minutes before the manager came and told me they forgot my order and asked what I was waiting on.

Edit: three days later the trash is still under the salad bar

Also, the last three times ive been in there have been the same trash and croutons under their center salad bar.

The salad bar was small but fresh. Could have been frrshened. The pizza on the buffet had been warmed too long. Recommend ordering hot pizza.

Every time I have gone to have the salad bar it’s never full. Lettuce is usually low and many of containers are empty or close to it. There really is no excuse bc I don’t go at busy times. Why doesn’t someone check on items frequently. Salad bar isn’t cheap and I now check things before I order. I walked out last week and went to Mazzio’s in Moore.

First complaint would be from about a week ago, my husband and I visited this location for their lunch Buffet. We arrived around 11/1120. Not many folks inside but we assumed it was still early. The gentleman wasn’t very friendly that helped us. Walked over to get our drinks from the machine that was very questionable when the last time it had been cleaned. Pizzas were already picked over, only a small warming station across from the salad bar was being used so only about 6 options were available. No desserts. Most of the pizzas didn’t look fresh, don’t get me started on the lousy salad bar. With this place just barely opened for business for the day it looks like every thing had been there from the night before. Back to the pizzas… during the almost hr we had been there only 3 additional pizzas were brought out, one being a request from another customer. The other two were not even worth reaching for. The price was rather high for basically 2 drinks and a single pizza. With that being said.. figured it could have been an off day gave the benefit of the doubt. Maybe short handed, new people whatever. Then this experience tonight was definitely were I draw the line and will not be returning… made an order online for a calzone and family ranch. Picked up the order noticed we didn’t get the family size ranch, went back and retrieved. Got home took one bite and IMMEDIATELY spit it out. A medium size dark HAIR cooked into the food. Went back, requested a refund! I’ve worked in food industry and realize things happen but when your not taking the proper steps to make sure things like that don’t happen. This is what gets your business shutdown and you without a job. All and all like other have said STAY AWAY FROM THE PLACE!!

P.S. This place could benefit from a hot bleach rag!!

I’m giving 3 stars because sometimes this is a 5 star and sometimes a 1. Very inconsistent. Picked up some pizzas today and the thin crusts were covered with cheese to the point of no crust. Both pizzas were very light (could have cooked longer). I don’t think they had started my pizzas when I arrived 5 mins before the pick up time. They were doing a lot of to go orders. I just don’t like when it’s sloppy and/or the wrong thing which happens half the time. When it’s good it’s great though.

I visited this establishment, and I inquired about if I could have some pizza that was legally at temp. all of the pizza was COLD, I was informed it was an additional charge for hot pizza...the picture attached is their salad....it was romaine, now a bacteria petri dish. I have been a chef for decades and stay the hell away from this place.

We stopped in on a Tuesday night with 4 kids. It was about 15 minutes before the buffet was set to close. They made fresh pizzas for the buffet anyway, just the way the kids wanted them. The restaurant was spotless. The food was delicious. They even brought us a box of those warm cinnamon things to go. Highly recommend this Mazzio's.

Ate The Buffet On Saturday Night By 2am Sunday Morning All 4 Of Us Were Throwing Up And Running To The Bathroom With Diarrhea We All Ate From The Salad Bar And The Pizza Bar We Don't Know If It Was Something With The Pizza Or If It Was Something On The Salad Bar That We Included On Our Salads All We Know Is We Are All Sick And This Was All We Had Eaten On Saturday We Are Very Disappointed That We Ending Up Sick

Seems like for whatever reason the employees who put cook the wings at this location can't seem to follow simple instructions such as tossing my chicken wings in the sauce I ordered, apparently it's just impossible to figure out how to complete this task. If I didn't know any better they must have eaten the books they were giving in school instead of reading them. Honestly don't know how they'll function in life outside of the pizza place if they can't figure out how to sauce chicken wings.

I spent $65 with mazzio's today on West Robinson and I always get good service and good food but today as a treat for New Year's Eve my food was horrible. Each calzone I got was burnt and my boneless chicken bites they were raw and cold there was no seasoning on my calzone at all terrible service. It makes me think twice before I want to spend my hard-earned money at mazzio's again. And I'm too afraid to call and complain about my food cuz I don't want anyone doing anything else to another order.
