Great staff. Manager specifically came and talked to us and asked if there was anything we needed. Staff was busy constantly cleaning up and maintaining items. TVs and atmosphere where great as well. All for a very easy going price on a buffet.Dietary restrictions: Salad bar available

The guys at this location are the best people. Truly kind gentlemen. The app and for calling in order however will always mess an order up. The app doesn't inform you of all ingredients upon said pizza nor will it allow you to adjust all ingredients to one's preference. Each time I use the app or call to the call center for ordering (they use same app I'm sure) the order is incorrect and I have to just go up there and speak with one of the lively kind men there to fix the order. I have learned my lesson to just go to the restaurant myself and wait for the order if I desire particular adjustments to my toppings. Thank you guys at the location for being truly kind men.

Did the online ordering for the first time tonight. Will never do it again. I called about my order and the lady told me it won’t be at my house until 730 and I ordered it at 530 which didn’t make sense to me so I called back hoping to get a different person (I did) she transferred me to customer service the guy told me that it should be at my house in 10 minutes. That was 15 minutes ago and I’m still waiting. Never again Mazzios!!

The buffet was delicious. I've never been in a Mazzios that didn't have a great salad bar. So many choices and their ranch dressing is better than any I've ever had. Pizza was just okay but the salad bar and the dessert pizza more than makes up for it. I'm not a huge fan of thin crust and that's all I saw being offered.

Great place if you like bread. Ordered take out. My large pizza had an ultra thin layer of cheese with even less sauce. Not recommended, maybe you'll get lucky, I didn't. I'll never darken their door again. This place used to be good.
Literally sat for 45 mins waiting on them to cook pizza cause there was none besides like 1 piece of pizza ever other tray and the pizza that was sitting out has been sitting out for hours also kept asking them to cook more and nothing was coming

Pizza is cooked terribly. Once I got home, I realized our pizza was undercooked. I had to re-bake it when I got home (too late to return). I will never go back to this location.

We visited this location for a luncheon. To our surprise, we observed a large number of dirty tables. The men and women restrooms were filthy. The large salad bowl was empty. There was a very limited supply of pizza on the buffet.
