My girlfriend and I went here to grab a good bite to eat after a grocery haul. I got a baked potato and found two long red hairs (literally like 8 inches long) in my potato. I went inside to get it remade, and it took 20 minutes to get it remade. No apology, no compensation or anything, just a 20 minute wait. Granted it was a little busy, and thats completely understandable, but good customer service doesn't take a lot of effort or time. When I got my food I took a glance in the kitchen and noticed that not a single worker had a hair net on, especially cooks with very long hair (it was kept back but still loose and not properly protected from falling hairs). We enjoy McAllisters a lot, but that experience was not excusable and it was a downright disappointment.

There is nothing like McAlister’s Deli! I frequently visit and the atmosphere along with the food is amazing. The staff is very nice and I am always truly shocked by how fast my order is prepared. The managers were all great from what I’ve seen, they all had a professional attitude. The bathrooms are always clean along with the tables. Staff asks if you need a refill and if everything is good, not too much but the perfect amount. And the variety on the menu is great, I especially love the sandwiches and salads. Highly recommend!

Chimcy ass Sammy 12 bucks plus tip . Where's the meat? Suppose I'm just used to Sammy's with enough meat to fill me up. This place isn't that place. Came in hungry and am leaving the way I came in. Definitely don't recommend this place if your hungry. Find somewhere else to go. Or you will be disappointed I guarantee that.
