These folks have the nerve to have an attitude when they mess up your order. The morning manager snatched my messed up sandwich from me and slammed it into the trash. This is why I rarely eat there food. When they were Altom owned they had way more respect. Not to mention the manager
Hung up in my face when I politely called and told them they messed up my order. If you can’t practice good customer service may I suggest you work elsewhere, madam?
The whole thing was raw as hell🥴 used to be the only McDonald's id go to but now im just thinking no McDonald's ever🙃
After I waited over 15 min in line I get home and have a Big Mac missing an entire layer and the fish with xtra sauce. I mean, come on, I’ve been getting extra sauce for 20 years and never had this. Can’t even wipe it off, because it is cold and it is bad enough to eat a questionable hamburger let alone fish. The other main was a 10 count nugget that y’all gave me 2 of. Positive note the payment lady was calm cool and collected during clearly a rush from running out...read full review
