This is one of the worst McDonald’s in town. They prioritize the drive through and the inside is small and dirty with no drink machine for refills. You have to wait forever for an attendant and they don’t come to the counter very often. I won’t be back.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s since I was little the prices have progressively gone higher. The service is horrible sometimes they’re outright have a shitty attitude and the food is worse. I don’t even like eating McDonald’s anymore. It hurts my stomach.

Was going to order. Ran to the restroom first to wash my hands and the employees started harassing my husband said he was looking suspicious. Just wanted to eat but if your gonna be rude then no business. Yes we look rough because we changed an alternator on my truck off the highway.

I got 4 spicy mcchicken i only ate 2 the 2nd spicy mcchicken i noticed my lettuce looked old and brown. Now my stomach hurts and i feel like i am nauseous my daughter also feels sick. Look at your food before you eat it. There are no people to take your order unless you go through the drive through. The restrooms do not have paper towels so you have to touch the nasty handel on the doors just to get out. People are going to catch something from this restroom. There was no one in the lobby when we got there but at noon the got very busy. Not a good idea to use the restrooms very dangerous this time of year.

This mc Donald’s is so ghetto, I came through the drive through asking for only a large water where they made me pull to the side to wait. There were no other cars in the lane. They bring me sparkling soda water, I went through again and they gave me another soda water and slammed the window shut in my face.

Drove all the way there to pick up an uber eats delivery order for them to tell me they won’t make it because they changed from breakfast to lunch during the time they were supposed to make it. Waste of my time and disrespectful. They suck.

I use mobile app to order my food and when I got there, I was greeted at the second window by a very rude individual like she didn’t want to be there and had no interest in serving anyone.
I ordered extra mayonnaise on my double cheeseburger of which was completely dry. No ketchup, mustard or mayonnaise was on that sandwich. .
I ordered a large fries and was given enough in a large container to amount to a small fry. When asked if I could receive more fries to fill it up basically, she told me no that’s all I was getting. .
My large drink was about a little less than 3/4 away full. This is not acceptable. Customer service this store lased loyalty to the customer as well as customer service. She’s lucky she’s not in my store because she would be fired.

I came through the drive through this morning and got a small coffee and a small caramel frappe and an apple juice box 1 they forgot my apple juice box and 2 all of the other McDonald's in norman are saying their frappe machines are recalled so I simply asked very nicely are yall able to make frappes and Tammy who took our order was very rude wenhave always been able to make frappes even since we've had them so I spoke to her at the window and told her I don't appreciate being responded to like that when I am asking a simple question because all the other McDonald's in norman right now there machines are recalled and she screamed at me we can't make espresso but we can make frapppes. You should never scream at a customer and SLAM THE WINDOW SHUT IN MY FACE. THAT WOMEN SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.
