They're fast, food is correct, they did however give me a panic attack because they thought having a random guy dressed as the grinch knock on windows in the drive thru was a good idea. Personally? It was horrifying, i HATE masked characters, and it genuinely ruined my day, all i wanted was a burger and instead i got traumatized. Just thought I'd mention it so that nobody else with a phobia of mascots goes until after the holidays because they aren't advertising it (it's creepy and you should advertise it)

I ordered through door dash and my order was delivered wrong for the 2nd time not in the same day but the 2nd time so I called them and talked to Hope the manager and she was very professional and respectful super nice and made it right I have to give them 5 stars because she made the wrong right thank you Hope

I brought a complaint to the noon time manager. I even told her to probably take my complaint with a grain of salt. Her tone was not the tone of a
sympathetic and understanding manager. Then when i told her not to talk to me in that manner, she just became louder & talking over me. Saying the same thing over & over & over. Im nobody. I just have my feelings, morals,
& etiquette to guide us! I will never eat again at that McDonald's store and all because of her bad attitude along with her not even having bad manners, would be better than her's! McDonald's forcing us to use their bad kiosk system was my complaint. $5 meal deal
There needs to be a pay now button & backup button also. Side by side always on any screen. I've been trying to cut back a little bit. So now it is enough for me. Double cheese burger, 4 McNugget, fries, & a coke.

This place has doubled down on not offering inside customer service and providing a safe place to eat. Since nobody has responded or attempted to work this out, I'm adjusting my review to 1 star. Avoid eating in this place. It's right next to a homeless shelter and NOBODY IS EVER AT THE FRONT COUNTER. You cannot get food quickly, get a refill, get an extra napkin-- and nobody will see if the people in this place are in danger.

The McDonald’s on East Robinson in Norman really needs to keep someone at the register. It’s frustrating to stand around waiting, especially when nothing is self-serve—no drinks, napkins, or utensils available without asking. The food is fine when you finally get it, but the lack of staff up front makes the experience slower and more annoying than it should be. Please put someone on the register at all times—customers shouldn’t have to hunt for help just to place an order or grab essentials.

I come here daily because I’m a dasher and the night manager (older lady) is very unpleasant she’s never smiling or welcoming she’s always mad and always always has a bad attitude not a good look for someone that is management also I would never ever eat here it’s one of the most dirtiest

I ordered a large fry and asked if they would please make them fresh. The employee over the drive-thru said they are fresh and always are. I don’t agree, but okay. When I got to the second window, the employee was a super-friendly young lady. I got my food and left. (My mistake for not checking it.) I reached into the bag, and the fries were cold and tasted disgusting! I wanted to take them straight back for fresh fries like I’d requested, but I had to be somewhere. Do they even sell a large French fry anymore or is it just a medium fry in a large container? When did the quality of McDonald’s fries start going downhill? McDonald’s used to have the best fries around, and now you can’t even get anything close to what they used to be!

This location use to serve hot food but since they tore down the Alameda location that changed. Now, every time I have to pull over to the drive numbered spots (to make their service times look better) and wait for my food. Every time the hamburger is hot but the French fries are cold. I’m guessing some of the staff from the closed location must have been moved to this location and brought their bad habits with them. Corporate should stop the staff from cheating on their time scores by making people leave the drive thru and park to wait for cold food.

Horrible experience with “Luisa” this morning. I had called the day before to let them know that I would be picking up a large breakfast order at 5am. I spoke to Luisa. It was a very straightforward order. 32 McGriddles and 27 Hash Browns. I show up at McDonalds at 5am the next day and give them my mobile code for the order. Luisa wasn’t working. They say they can’t find my mobile order but they do hand me a sack with the 32 McGriddles. No 27 hash browns though. A staff member tells me that Luisa never told them about the hash browns. They make the hashbrowns and 10-15 mins later I’m on my way. An hour later I get a call from Luisa. She immediately goes into “WHY WOULD YOU PLACE THE MOBILE ORDER IF YOU ALREADY GAVE ME THE ORDER THE NIGHT BEFORE??” I could not believe the tone she had!! I’m almost 50 years old and have never been talked to that way. I told her that’s what I’ve always done in the past and NEVER had a problem. I don’t even bring up the fact that she failed to write down my hash browns! I also tell her that I do not appreciate how she is talking to me. She then doubles down and says (with the same tone), “I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WOULD DO THAT?!” I tell her that I wanted to pay for my order using the mobile app so that’s why I did that. I remind her again that this has never been a problem. She then starts telling me they can’t find my order. I gave her my mobile code and told her I can bring my receipt that was emailed to me. She says she’ll call the restaurant back or something. This place is a circus and Luisa is the ringleader. Horrible employee.
