Any time we went here, the employees usually acted like they didn’t want to be there. Their attitudes were sub par and sometimes our sauces didn’t end up in our bags. We also DoorDash sometimes, so when we deliver and the sauces are missing, customers aren’t happy.

Terrible service, repeated my order literally 4 times. Guess what? It was wrong. Thanks for making me waste 5 bucks. Don't pull up to this McDonalds, you're better off going to the one on Lindsey street. Wanted a quarter pounder plain, of course they missed that, wanted fries well done, missed that too. Do better.

Put doordash orders in the mobile pickup area where they belong stop keeping them behind the counter so we have to deal with you miserable McDonald's employees half of you just sit around and stare at us like you don't know why we're there it gets ridiculous and the manager lady who thinks she owns the place with brownish red hair needs to be retired she's unprofessional and rude talks about people's

Woman at the counter with glasses got upset that I didn't hear her ask me what I needed. I only realized this after overhearing her talk to her coworker how she must be mumbling and sounded upset. I asked if she had been speaking to me and she said "well, yeah!" and rolled her eyes, the coworkers standing around giggled. This was a complete failure at great customer service, you're suppose to make a customer feel wanted, not to never want to return, all because I have hearing issues? Cooperate will definitely be notified.Bottom line, if you can't provide for customer service skills the management shouldn't be in charge, they obviously don't need to be in the customer service industry.

Ordered off of door dash and i am completely disappointed. The onions taste so old, running my whole cheeseburger and I was supposed to get an unsweetened tea but ended up with a carbonated watery coke? Disgusting.

We ordered six burgers with a simple grill order for four burgers and another special grill order for two more burgers. It was dead no customers but us. Our burgers were a MESS. Mayo was just slapped onto the side of the burgers, we paid for extra lettuce and got two shreds per burger and there was no way to hold them they were so slimy. No more McDonalds for me!
