Worst McDonald's in Norman. Go to any other McDonald's. The one on i-35 and main is the best. This one sucks. It's like they are mad I'm asking for food every time I go here.

My son had a interview with this store. It's closed for 4 months. Didn't let him know, so we took an Uber there, just to be told that they had more interviews but they weren't going to contact them. There website says there open, there phone clicks off and I'm disabled and they wouldn't let me have a chair or anything to sit on. I have congested heart failure and edema and a lot more wrong with me. Now I'm hurting from having to stand up till another Uber could get there. I went with my son because we had errands to run. But I'm hurting to much now to be able to finish everything. They have a little sign in the door saying there closed but that's beyond stupid.

ask for no onions every time. they give me extra onions with such frequency that its honestly rarer for them to get it right. Oh well, scrape em off.
Where I draw the line though is today I found a medium length white hair in my burger while I was getting rid of the onions I asked not to have. Those onions saved me from eating yalls hair.

Found a hair in my fries and took it back, the lady (I’m assuming is the manager) walked up to me and looked at me , didn’t say anything to me and I showed her the hair, she turned around grabbed a new order of fries, no apologies no remarks at all and then walked away after giving it to me. Not one person I saw in the building was wearing a hair net and based on the hair in my fries I’m confident to say it was that lady’s hair. I think I start driving across town from now on.
Not sure how u can go to McDonald’s at 4:30 pm and receive 3mcchickens , 3 nuggets , 3 fries , ALL old and crunchy and brown.

I mostly order filet of fish and it is the same color as wheat bread and it barely has tartar sauce on it. When I get one from Moore, Oklahoma it's light golden brown and looks very appetizing. Please stop cooking the fish in dirty old grease.

Don’t door dash from here, they’ve missed items on four of my orders, they’ll refund you but then you still have to pay the delivery fee a second time making a two person meal end up costing 50+ dollars for no reason

Paid $4 for a large and they didn’t fill it up all the way. Gave me a medium fry in the large container when I asked for them to fill it up all the way she said they weigh it and it’s by weight. I work for a different McDonald’s so ik they don’t weigh the fries before they put them in the red sleeve, but needless to say it’s obvious their drive time is more important to them than the satisfaction of their customers. I give it a negative 2. Probably the worst McDonald’s in Norman.
