I mostly order filet of fish and it is the same color as wheat bread and it barely has tartar sauce on it. When I get one from Moore, Oklahoma it's light golden brown and looks very appetizing. Please stop cooking the fish in dirty old grease.

Don’t door dash from here, they’ve missed items on four of my orders, they’ll refund you but then you still have to pay the delivery fee a second time making a two person meal end up costing 50+ dollars for no reason

Paid $4 for a large and they didn’t fill it up all the way. Gave me a medium fry in the large container when I asked for them to fill it up all the way she said they weigh it and it’s by weight. I work for a different McDonald’s so ik they don’t weigh the fries before they put them in the red sleeve, but needless to say it’s obvious their drive time is more important to them than the satisfaction of their customers. I give it a negative 2. Probably the worst McDonald’s in Norman.

Asked them for some sauces and was told they’d be in the bag. Checked the bag and nothing went around the drive thru and they tried telling me that they were in the bag after I told them they weren’t they handed me a bag with the completely wrong sauces.

The food was good but after we ate our meal we ordered pies for dessert and waited over 20 minutes for them. No one notified us that they had to cook more or anything. It wasn't until one of us went up to the counter to inquire about it that we found out they were cooking them. As far as atmosphere, when we walked in there was a police officer standing guard by a guy sitting at a table and one was outside with someone else. Eventually the officers talked to the guy inside and he was talking about wanting to go to a mental hospital. In Florida and was being difficult with them. There was also a lady sweeping and mopping the whole time right by where we were sitting so the whole time we were eating we were smelling pine sol. Not very appetizing and at one point she literally mopped my fiancé's shoe. There was just a lot gping on during our visit and not the atmosphere we were expecting to have when we sat down for a meal at McDonald's. Very disappointed.
