I waited in line for 40 minutes I got cold fries and no sauce the service is terrible they've made multiple mistakes every time I come here and they are mostly rude. If I'm buying fries I want them warm at least I shouldn't have to wait more than half an hour. They did give us fresh fries but the whole thing took way too long especially if you are in a rush to get home or somewhere

This McDonalds is very very cold and just the temperature. No self service drinks, no self service napkins or ketchup. The staff is non existent, took 10 min to get a refill for my drink. Food is decent, nuggets were over cooked. It’s 30 degrees outside and they still have the A/C on. What has happened to McDonalds?

Since the reopen of this location, its terrible! Every single time i go in here, it takes 25 + minutes. The food is cold and my mocha is always melted. I won't be back to this location.

The new drive thru set up and parking is absolutely atrocious. No one understands where to park when you expect them to go around the building to do so. Most want to park right in front of drive-thru. That makes the most since but instead drive thru parking is in front where people want to park to go inside. It's not only confusing for customers but the poor poor workers going in and out over and over with the wrong orders because no one understands the parking yall chose to use. Cedar was running her butt off trying her hardest but I truly felt sorry for her wasting her time going in and out I tried to help out and explain most people in front of me parked up front and not in the # parking. Sure hope the big guys can remove their heads from you know where and see how horrible this setup is. At the minimum explain it to your customers dont just give them a # to park in. And the worst thing is they just rebuilt this place and the if you go inside to eat you will be blocked in by the drive thru how do you rebuild parking lot and everything and still have such a horrible setup???

You’d think after a full tear down and rebuild the rest of it might be decent. You’d be thinking wrong. The staff was uninterested in being helpful, food is cold, soda is out. Too bad there aren’t any Santiago McDonalds in Norman.
