I will officially NEVER go back to this location. I've had under cooked meat several times and looked over it. I've dealt with rude employees. Today we went and I let my son go start playing while I ordered because THERE IS A GLASS WALL so I can still see him. The employee told me he couldn't be by himself and argued with me when I said that 1 I could see him and 2 it doesn't make any sense because we all know they wouldn't expect a single parent of 4 to hold there kids running ramped in the lobby, they would put them in the play place.

Attempted to go on 4/10/2024 and I sat at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes then I went inside for another 5 minutes and no one attempted to help me. I saw workers in the building but none of them decided to help me. Very frustrating.

This location is the worst don't come here. Was cash only tonight and didn’t let anyone know until the would get up to the ordering box. After 10-15 minutes of waiting. Their employees suck and are rude 90% of the time. Food is cold and sucks. Go to the location on Lindsay at least the food it usually edible.
It’s St Patrick’s Day today and I wanted to finally try the famous Shamrock Shake, but their ice cream machine is “broken”. Maybe I’ll get to try it next year.

The worst Mcdonald’s experience ever. I ordered ahead and they gave it away to someone else and then they made me wait an additional 10 minutes for the food and then they still forgot my drink and didn’t give me my fries so i had enough and just left.
