Honestly a 50/50 chance if it will be a decent eating experience. I've been there a handful of times and everything is alright: food is prepared alright, seating/atmosphere is good.
But almost always it's staff that ruins the vibe. I went in with my husband, but happened to come in with my backpack instead of my purse. After I ate the main meal, I then ordered an additional drink and cookie, and was IMMEDIATELY told if I was going to leave soon, as there was no loitering allowed. Told them I was still actively ordering and eating with my husband.
Staff act like they do everything at gunpoint, and actively hate doing their job.

The day I went was not a good day at all I came from work during my lunch hour and the drive thru had a really long line, so I decided to go inside to order my food and little did I relieze that 2 busses full of high school kids just ordered all there food just before I got there and let's just say I waited just over 20 minutes for my food the staff was friendly but the whole atmosphere was completely chaotic

The manager on duty on may 15,2025 @ 6:30pm was the rudest thing ever, I bought two iced coffees and it tasted like pure coffee grounds and asked for my money back and she just laughed right in front of everyone…she shouldn’t be in management if that’s how she treats customers, I will never go back there again!!!

There was a homeless guy passed out in the dining area I want to be employees legitimately scared the hell out of me. There is also homeless people outside of the building which was refreshing
