Can barely understand them most of the time, and havent got a order right yet

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews or make a fuss over minor issues. But I'm pretty dissatisfied for having had to pay extra to fix this.

I brought the kids here after a school function. After a couple of attempts trying to order on the kiosk, I gave up and ordered at the counter. After ordering we went to get ketchup and the lady at the counter (whose name was covered with tape on the name tag) said she knew, but the only person who knew how to refill it was on the morning shift, so they couldn't refill it. Eventually, we got our food. I realized I had forgotten to add on ingredients to my filet-o-fish so I went to the counter to pay and get some lettuce, tomato, etc on the side.

I opened my sandwich, and I found half a slice of cheese on the bottom bun (pictured). I showed this to the nameless crewmember, and she said I would have to pay for more cheese. When I pointed to my sandwich, she insisted that that was how they come. Instead of asking for a manager or causing a scene, I paid for some more cheese, left a review, and moved on with my life.

Not very satisfied, and I'm a little incredulous that they doubled down on the sandwich being perfect so they could extract an extra $1.39 from me. Oh well, I'll just try somewhere else next time.

As a truck driver, I drive around the surrounding states delivering loads this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in all the surrounding state of Oklahoma

My wife and I stopped in for lunch right about noon.
We decided to eat inside because the drive through was crowded.
As we walked through the doors a disgusting foul oder sweept across our noses. It was like walking into an unserviced porta potty. No wonder it looked like a deserted island inside.
We ordered our food and quickly left.
I would recommend that the inside should have been closed momentarily to address the situation without customers walking into a scented ambush.
Come on Mickey D's do better!!

The food is frequently given out cool/cold. The fries are mostly either over salted or no salt at all. The lobby always smells bad, with one day it smelled like some had a bowel movement in the lobby. Can't understand why the employees just ignore the smell.

Woman working drive thru was friendly and super helpful. I asked for an extra water for my pup since its hot out. She was more than willing to help out and was nice about it. I didnt ask her name but she had dark scarlet lipstick and I believe red hair. Just wanted to give her a shout out for her help.

don’t even bother coming to this mcdonald’s never get orders right, managers and employees are rude and unprofessional, and they will not answer the phone they will pick it up and hang up. terrible staff and unclean work space

I come here a few times a week, and the staff have started recognizing me and modifying my order themselves if I forget to 😂 It's very sweet and I appreciate you all. ❤️
