Person taking orders did not let me finish putting in my full order before giving me a total and telling me to pull forward. I understand fast food metrics are crazy. Corporate this is your fault.

Restaurant not clean with several people sleeping in corner booths. Had to stand a regrister for a while before anyone walked over to take the order. Recieved the wrong order.

Ordered with the mobile app. The employee lost the ticket order and asked me what I ordered. I told them, they then did not fulfill their expectation as expo and did not check the items in my bags. An item was missing. I tried to submit a claim on the mobile app but there is not a findable option to do this. Therefore, I am here communicating with the franchise owner via google reviews to get my money back for the item that was missing as I will not pay for an item I did not receive. Also, shake machine was “broken”.

Not one to post these but be warned. Wouldn't go after dark, or frankly whenever theres a line as per theres no organization. waited 10 minutes for them to pass my order out to the wrong person, let them go though it. Took it back through the window, big cross contamination issue. Waited for their food only for them to give me the one that's been sitting there. Ask them to remake it they take the one from the bag and pass it back down the line. Get home for it to be cold. I don't expect A+ service but what i was givin did not even come close.
Nor did anyone apologize.
Will think twice before coming back.

Well I walked in I place my order. Then the machine didn't print out my receipt. So I went to the counter 5-6 minutes minutes something like that. Is walk passed by a couple employees never acknowledged didn't purchase anything.

There have been several times that I order something in the afternoon and I tell them that it is to eat here and they always give me the order in a bag, unlike when an American orders, the order is brought to the table I feel some discrimination.

Place was well over staff but did not pay much attention to customer in front no apologies for my fries being cold or my burger having onions with 2 managers on shift they care nothing about customer service even knowing the fries was cold they still was serving them
