this happened around 1 year or 6 months ago i dont remember but I went inside messy normal greasy mcdonalds and get greeted with cuss words to the staff from the cashier in spanish now I know spanish so I confront the cashier and I get my food and go home just to realize they gave me the wrong order because I DID NOT order those nasty mcribs so I try the mcrib for it to taste disgusting and I come back and starts rambling around the bag which is already bad enough they start "wheres the food wheres the food" like im gonna return food that they will just throw out anyways but long story short greeted with cusswords to staff and wrong order

Drive thru and couldn't drink the orange juice it was so watered down so gross! And tried to get a refund with receipt it cost 15 something and the manager had to look thru bag that had the entire McDuffie sandwich the hash rows and half of a sausage buscuit! So why I couldn't get my money back that was the worst food ever! Don't go to this one it sucks! Bad!

I understand that sometimes orders get mixed up and something might get forgotten, but why act like I'm stealing from you? Kimberly the young lady at the window argued with me about what I ordered. I put the order in honey I know how to order food. Then took off with my receipt and lost it in 30 seconds. I asked for her name and she didn't even want to tell me her name because she knew her attitude was stank! I'm glad the manager came to the window. I guess she forgot she works in customer service.
Claudia the manager was amazing !!!!!! She was kind , thoughtful and all around great. It's a fast spot so it's rare you find overly enthusiastic people working there she was great. Thank you Claudia !!!

We were with a large group and almost as soon as we walked in the alarm in the playroom went off. When someone asked when they were going to turn it off she was told it had to be turned off manually and they were waiting to turn it off. Listened to this alarm for at least 15 minutes. Or food was brought to us without our water cups. My daughter asked about our water and all of a sudden the manager starts accusing someone with our group about their drinks. Accusing them of not paying for them! We finally got our water and after all this they finally turned off the alarm. Since we already paid for the food, the kids were hungry, and of course the machine we used to turn our order in didn't give us a receipt we went ahead and ate the food. We were going to order food to go for the 2 boys at home we decided no we'll just get them pizza. This McDonald's has lost a good customer!
