I really hope and pray the McDonald's coming into the town of Noble is 10000% better then the one outside of Noble. This one is absolutely horrible. Very slow and doesn't care about the inside

The only good thing about this store is the GM that’s been there. She has amazing customer service skills. Now the crew that works there. I don’t understand what is so hard about reading the order and making it right? How is it they have gotten more orders wrong then they have right? This store is a joke. I know why do I keep going back? Bc I’m dumb and keeping thinking ok this is the time they will get it right. I was wrong.

Honestly really pissed had me pull up I waited 20 minutes for a frappe saw over 10 cars get helped and leave. I gave up tried to call phone number doesn't work so went in told them I was waiting they rolled their eyes at me and started making my frappe no sorry or angry 🙃

Went through the drive thru at 10:25 and was refused by the employee when I tried to order lunch menu items. Lunch starts at 10:30 apparently and they made me sit in the drive thru, sandwiched between other customers and told me to come back in five minutes or order breakfast. Every single other place will serve me lunch items no matter what time I have tried to order them. Chick Fil A will go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. I understand if I came by at 6 am trying to order lunch but the fact that they couldn’t take my lunch order within 5 minutes of when their lunch menu officially begins tells you everything you need to know about how much they are concerned with customer satisfaction and repeat business. I will never give McDonald another dime.

Food is always extremely stale and assembled like the workers personally hate you. Takes forever too. All the workers always look miserable. Personal advice you should drive 30 minutes across town to go to literally any other McDonald’s, the quality has been horrible here for at least 3 years

Always getting my food order wrong. Most recently $19 for 3 hot fudge sundays and a smore McFlurry. They gave me ice cream with Carmel sauce and instead of a smore McFlurry I got a cup of vanilla ice cream. Waiting for a call back from a manager.
I used the app and I’m still in the drive through now for 16 min.
