I took my kids here for dinner tonight. We have been to this McDonald's many times, but always in the drive through. Tonight we ate inside. The floor was sticky, there was trash on the floor and tables, and all of the tables were dirty. I was extremely disappointed and disgusted. If that's what the dining area looks like then I am afraid of what the kitchen looks like. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Fries were so cold and soggy, burgers were cold and so so salty! best part .. I waited for my snack wrap but somehow the chicken was cold and the ranch taste so spoiled!! I literally threw all my food away! This location is absolutely disgusting and they never have ice cream available, EVER!

They are rude even when you are polite at the window and on the phone, and honestly this McDonald’s doesn’t deserve to stay in business considering there is another a few miles away that has never forgotten something from my order ever.

I’m not sure why this location struggles so much every time I come to this location it’s one thing after another. they hand me the wrong food, another time I ordered a bacon McDouble and they didn’t put bacon on it. And my reasoning for making this comment is today I make a mobile order I get 2 bacon double cheeseburgers the lady looks all through my bag making sure it was right and I left with something I never purchased.

It took about 25 minutes from the moment I pulled in to this McDonald's and the moment I pulled out of this McDonald's after going through the drive-thru. The employees were rude, didn't seem to be trained very well considering a different people to take my order ( a large frappe and the chicken wrap meal) and not only was my order wrong but my food was cold from sitting so long while they figured out how to work the frappe machine, but I had hair in my food! 🤮

Gave me food another customer had brought back!!!!! Tonight as I waited for my food the customer in front of me got his order and walked out, came back in 5 minutes later and said he got the wrong order and handed them the wrong sandwich and rather than throw it away they put it on my tray. I watched it and the rest of my food set for 10 more minutes. Then they try to hand it to me and I told them I watched them place the food the other customer walked out with and brought back on my tray and I refuse to take it until I have a burger I know was not tampered with. The young girl seemed understanding took the tray back and told them and that was meet with attitude. Then with the same burger still on the tray walk out of sight and came back SAME BURGER ON THE TRAY IN THE SAME HALF UNWRAPPED BURGER. “It’s new we just took the last sticker off and put it on the new one” like really I watched this whole thing and the cook line never sent down a new burger!!! This McDonalds is the absolute worst in Norman. Will NEVER GO BACK!!!

Me and my gf have a mobile order and pulled up to the drive through and nobody answered, and then we pulled up to the window the guy is just standing there and acts like we aren’t there then walks away so we wait for like 10 min and more gf honks and he is like “ we are busy tn” like bro is just ignoring people I’ve seen like 5 people leave. Like bro I understand but cmon u just typing in orders it’s 12:32 at night.

If I could give negative I would, the manager on duty the last two times I’ve been here has given me attitude every time I’m in here. I’ve had so many times where I’m missing food and it’s not even busy some of the time I come in. Paid for a double Big Mac and got a regular one and then ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets got my sauce but no nuggets. When I had my husband ask for a spoon the manager on duty gave attitude about being asked for help because he was on his phone. Definitely shouldn’t have to call the store to get a refund or my order remade I just want my food done right not rushed to meet a time limit.
