Let’s talk about how absolutely rude the employees are here. Drive up to get my receipt and the lady was hunched over the cash register on her phone. I sat there for at least 3 minutes and drove off. I’m done giving this McDonald’s my money. Laziest McDonald’s staff in Norman.

Took my friend there to grab something to eat and it was unlike anything ever seen. Total chaos inside as there were many people waiting to pay for their order and get their food. There was a group of 4 girls ahead of us that was waiting 45 min. Same wait time for everyone else inside. There were employees deliberately avoiding helping out to get food out or attend to the people trying to pay. One guy finally told to assist at register and walked as slow as he possibly could as if he was walking to his own execution. We waited an hour to get our food. The only good thing was the order(much to our surprise) was correct. It didn't matter though bc was cold and I couldn't eat it

If I could give this place a negative review I would. John, the night manager, is rude and likes to yell at people. His front counter employee tonight wasn't much better.Picking up a door dash order and he is mad at ME cause they gave the order to another door dasher. Customer nvr got order and had to cancel via the app.John refused to assist in any way and acted like it was my fault that there was an issue.Very unprofessional behavior.I've nvr personally dealt with this location and never will personally do so after tonight's encounter.

Usually this location is decent but when I came to order food after work at 11pm the employee working the drive thru said they were only accepting mobile orders when I have come in the past and was able to order like normal at this time of night. The worker was lazy and rude and refused to serve me even tho the location is open 24 hours to the public. Very annoyed and disappointed as I was hungry and just got off work and was turned away.

Didn't even get my food wasted 30 mins. Then they told me to get a refund to call the app. Which couldn't on Sunday. Which I did this morning where I was told the store has to give me my money. Multi billion dollar company has to steal money from customer probably only way they still open.

Buying breakfast including coffee at this McDonald’s for about 8 years. Always very busy, my experience has been good until the last year. The managers have been the problem. Rude, aggressive and to the point of threatening. Her name is Jay. She is hateful, unprofessional and clearly lacks the skills required for any business that is customer service centered. Even though this McDonald’s is approx 1.1 miles from my home I will never go back. Looking forward to Dunkin’ Donuts opening. I do not recommend if you are looking for a positive experience every time you visit. I do appreciate the guy power washing the parking lot but at 0600 this man interferes with ordering at the drive through. I have watched cars finally give up at the drive through speaker when no one took their order. Don’t know if it was the loud washer or Jay ignoring the customer, to be the issue but ultimately the result was the same. A loss of business and frustrated customers trying to get a cup of coffee and/or breakfast while heading to their job arriving timely.
