Terrible McDonald’s. The fries are brown and taste and smell horribly. Luckily I only got a half an order of these gross things.l things this time. I have tried to voice my concerns twice but I just get a nod and a smile. I will now be actively avoiding this McDonald, even though it is literally minutes from my house because I refuse to give my hard earned money to a McDonald’s that refuses to listen to the customers.

Ordered via the app. Got there gave them my order number and they gave me someone's order. I ordered 21 dollars of food and they tried to give me a mcchicken. I told them this wasn't my order and the lady searched in the trash for the receipt she threw away. Waited for over 10 minutes in the parking spot for them to come out and ask what drinks i had and waited another 5 minutes for them to come back with my drinks. My fries were unsalted. This is terrible service and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. What's the point of telling them what the order number is if they just give it away to another customer. The lady in front of me only ordered the mcchicken and a tea and they got away with 21 bucks of food. This is crap. This location is terrible and needs to be looked at.

Ordered at the drive-thru. I specifically asked if the ice cream machine was working, and I was told, "Yes." With this in mind, I ordered 2 ice cream cones along with a few other items. After we got the majority of our order, we were asked to pull into the waiting parking space--for our ice cream. After waiting 20 minutes, we were presented with two individual cups of almost frozen ice cream with an upside cone stuck in the top of each. Hey, McDonald's, if your ice cream machine is busted or not frozen, just say so. Worth the trip: NO Worth the money spent: HELL NO. Worth reporting to corporate: Why? McDonalds got their money. That's all they care about.
