My fries were hot but not cooked to the crispy effect mcdonlds fries have,maybe not enough time to drain the grease off they tasted a bit greasy,my fish sandwich was a bit dry. My mocha frappe' was perfect, I'm giving morjority of stars for my drink, it's was spot on.

Ordered shakes, paid for them, got to the 2nd window and, as usual, the ice cream machine isn't working. The person asked if the last person told us that there aren't any shakes? No, they hadn't. We were given a refund on the shakes and our food was old, hard, and inedible. Bad customer service, bad food, bad experience. Sadly, It's becoming the norm at most locations. I never thought I'd say this but I think my McDonald's trips may be a thing of the past.

Terrible McDonaldâs. The fries are brown and taste and smell horribly. Luckily I only got a half an order of these gross things.l things this time. I have tried to voice my concerns twice but I just get a nod and a smile. I will now be actively avoiding this McDonald, even though it is literally minutes from my house because I refuse to give my hard earned money to a McDonaldâs that refuses to listen to the customers.

Ordered via the app. Got there gave them my order number and they gave me someone's order. I ordered 21 dollars of food and they tried to give me a mcchicken. I told them this wasn't my order and the lady searched in the trash for the receipt she threw away. Waited for over 10 minutes in the parking spot for them to come out and ask what drinks i had and waited another 5 minutes for them to come back with my drinks. My fries were unsalted. This is terrible service and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. What's the point of telling them what the order number is if they just give it away to another customer. The lady in front of me only ordered the mcchicken and a tea and they got away with 21 bucks of food. This is crap. This location is terrible and needs to be looked at.
