I’m writing this review to ensure that the manager sees this and educates the employees. I was using a promo code on my phone and she grabbed my phone from my husband’s hand , brought my phone in the window and closed the window for several minutes. Additionally, the window is covered and you can’t see inside. That is not appropriate, my phone was unlocked, I have sensitive information on my phone.

Overpriced processed food.. $5 for egg and cheese muffin.. got charged for meat but no meat on the sandwich.. just overpriced in my opinion for garbage
Being a home health nurse which includes lots of driving time, I have been coming to this McDonalds every morning for the last four years. Hands down the best McDonald’s I have ever visited. Every employee has always been very helpful and polite. Very accommodating, when I would have trouble with the app, they have taken the time to help me. I can’t say enough about the drive through ladies, top notch. Management has always had a smile on their face and made sure I received everything I needed or wanted. My job is changing, I truly will miss this morning routine and this morning crew. (I have been to A LOT of McDonald’s in the mornings) this by far is my favorite.

I get it, McDonald’s is known for lying about the ice cream machine being broke but it’s getting old. Went today and ordered an ice cream cone and an Oreo McFlurry. We were able to order the ice cream cone, no problem, but once I ordered the McFlurry the employee laughed and said the ice cream machine was broke. Quit being lazy and quit lying about the machine being broke. The employee just mocked me when I called her out about lying about the machine being broke because there were literally people walking out with ice cream cones. Do your job and give the customers what they want, that’s what you’re getting paid to do! You don’t like the job then quit and work somewhere else.
Glass in my drink. I just got a large coke. When I drank the liquid I was chewing the ice. I thought I broke a tooth. No I shattered glass in my mouth. Cut myself spit out most but I think I swallowed some. Will NEVER go back that's DANGEROUS!!!
