On nights with a live band and Thursday nights with dart and pool tournaments, they need more than 1 bartender. A patron should not have to wait 15 minutes for a beer. People will spend more with more sales with faster service, therefore paying the additional wages.

I don't think they serve food here. Nice little place with 2 pool tables and 3 dart boards. Karaoke was great. I'll be back.
