Love the bagels! I’m consistently impressed by the young folks working this establishment. They seem to make the best of tough situations, today it seemed like there weren’t enough people working to be at their best, but the folks that were there were making a point to communicate to one another and work together as a team to make it all work. I’ll continue to come back for my weekly treat on my way to work.

Great place! James Lawler served me my bagels and he had a very good attitude and we chatted for a minute. He should probably get a raise. The bagels were so yummy and I will be coming back

Worst experience today got two little turkeys asked for one with no tomato the girl make my food was literally flipping her hair back-and-forth while making my sandwich and cussing the entire time and talked about how she could be fired how she's was ready to go home. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and seeing The food wasn’t even that good today. Neither was my experience. I won’t go back

Used to enjoy coming here, but the service has consistently disappointed over the past several months. The bagel sandwiches are frequently made wrong and/or sloppily, unreasonably long wait times (30 minutes for two bagels - seriously, we timed it) and a staff that is composed of ill-equipped, overwhelmed students. Also, what happened to my complimentary pickle?! Now that’s what I would like to know!
