Old School Bagel Cafe

I would’ve given a bad review because they messed up my order, but they were amazing about fixing the problem. They let me keep the two mess up sandwiches and replaced them with the correct sandwiches. They also refunded the two sandwiches I got. I really appreciate a company that owned when they got an order wrong and fixed it. I will be back probably only because they were so nice.

I really like old school bagel and I want to like this location but the service sucks. Ordered two bagels, a coffee with milk and sugar, and an iced coffee through the drive thru. They tried giving us only the bagels and when we asked for our drinks had to go back to make them. Instead of a coffee with milk and sugar in it, I got a black coffee and a little drippy dressing cup full of milk and sugar packets. No straws or way to mix it in the car myself. And now I’ve got milk dripped in my car from the cup to clean up, and cold coffee because I had to wait till I got home to make it myself. I’ll stop using this location and save bagels for a treat when I can make it to the shop on Main Street.

Dining in, the lines are always ridiculously long. The food is fine(when they’ve not run out of everything) which happens most of the time.
Delivery, they absolutely NEVER get the order correct(even when you add notes to have things removed from a bagel). I’ve got food allergies so that’s not cool. The bagel shop on Main Street is way better and the people there are so nice. These people couldn’t care if you’re there or not.

How are you out of pulled pork at 9am? It’s not even lunch time and you’re out of one of the meats that is on a lot of your sandwiches? Gonna be a long lunch, close at 3pm. The lady at the window barely knew the menu

This place is amazing if you need to get in and out quick. The beagles are fresh and their "old smokey" on a cheddar jalapeño is something to admire. They open early and I can grab breakfast and an ice coffee on my way to work. Prices are fair and you get what you pay for. They are my go to at least twice a week.

Horrible. Been here like ten times and not once have I had a good bagel. Bad service, bagels either burnt or not toasted at ALL, asked for extra CC and they gave me the smallest amount even for normal CC. Highly reccomend the old school off Main Street over this.

This is not somewhere you want to go with limited time. I was the 4th person in line (inside, take out) when I got there at 12:09, and left empty handed at 12:26. Only ordered a sandwich and a drink, unfortunately I can't say how the food was cause I never received it. Only one order in the lobby got served in the time I was there, and 2 cars made it through the drive through. The entire screen of orders in the kitchen was blinking red. The 3 people working there looked very upset, and we're working at what I can only describe as a snails pace. I also noticed that one was feeding bagels into what appeared to be the only toaster one by one, as it is not very big, and this could have been a source of the slow down. All in all the service is terrible and the food can't be worth the wait. I regret not deciding to leave soon enough to afford the time to get a refund.

EXTREMELY rude employee up front. dark short hair. terrible customer service and listening to the way they spoke to their coworkers on top of the terrible attitude toward customers, was absolutely disgusting. i will not be back. also… why have i been waiting 15 minutes on a BAGEL?

The food is decent but the prices are ridiculous. I paid $16 for a sandwich, chips and a 14oz coffee. Which is just insane to me. I don’t see how they’ll be able to stay in business for much longer when 1 meal cost more than what most people make in a hour. I won’t be returning for that reason alone.

Bagel was good but not great. Nothing like the pic. Ordered the mile high, but it was more like half a mile! Service was good, nice staff, but could use a little more training. Would still go back!
