Bagels are decent. Really not a fan of the service here. The girls in the morning can really make you feel like you’re dragging them down when you order. Also, why do you charge $3.50 for a large WATER on some days and not others? Make it consistent. I’ll be going to Main Street for awhile, which sucks because this place is close to my house.

Just got the little turkey (which according to the girl working means ONE slice of turkey) so I’m extremely disappointed. There isn’t a full size turkey on the menu. They didn’t give me the extra cream cheese (1.99 for 2oz) and if you get a bagel and cream cheese the cream cheese DOES NOT come on the side. Their paper wrapping is too small and my chicken salad sandwich came undone in the bag and got over everything. Very poor experience sadly.

Two wrong sandwiches on two separate visits— missing their add on items, for which I was upcharged— and no resolve from store. On the most recent I requested refund just for the missing item (a $2 upcharge). This is an ownership and leadership issue as employees informed me they can’t issue refunds without the owner there. Took my number to call back when he was visiting the next day and did not call me back. I won’t be visiting this location again.

The food is great the staff is great the owner however is rude and treats the staff like crap and talks down to them IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! Kyle if that's your name shame on you. I will go to the restaurant in Main Street from now on. For you to belittle a staff member like that I front of a customer unacceptable and you don't deserve my patronage at your store!
This opened around the corner from my house, most of the staff is friendly and helpful. However I stopped in last Friday to grab food for my office and the person helping me in the drive thru who btw was the MANAGER was so terrible and had other priorities besides her job at the window. After a while(with NO other customers there at 6:55am) I had to finally leave without the food!! Needless to say this place has completely lost our office business. Hopefully they can get some real managment and not these young kids who DONT care enough about their job to attempt to try and do it correctly. Save yourself the trouble and drive somewhere else if ypur wanting a great experience, or your food. Lost my business

Very clean. Food was fast food like but nothing was bad. We ordered the avocado sunrise and the firecracker bagels. They were both good but nothing amazing. The coffee is really good and service was awesome! Very friendly and quick to service us.
Was really excited they were moving closer to us. The old location on main was better. We will hang in there. Hopefully they will just get better. Hopefully the bagel are less doughy and they don't run out of things.

First time trying anything. Never heard of a place like this in Texas, but surprisingly I'm hooked to their Cobb salad. It's hard to find a good fresh salad thru a drive-thru. I also love the rye bread, it's so soft and delicious. Definitely a loyal customer with them very near my home.

Stopped to get Lox and bagels. Was told, "the truck just came in and they are still frozen". Figures.... the fist time I try a place and the main thing is not available. I guess that was okay. The prices were extremely high for something I could do at home much cheaper.

I was super excited about this location in Norman. I asked for a simple bacon egg and cheese breakfast bagel, and I asked for toasted...not burnt. I'm not sure why you would even serve someone this. I visit old school bagel in Tulsa pretty frequently and my bagel has never looked like this. If I would've noticed this before i got home, definitely would've asked them to remake it. Won't be going back to this location.
