Went for our 1115 reservation at 1110. Waited for hostess in front of 20 other people for 20 minutes. Asked the bartender to get the hostess and he said she didn't show up today. Requested manager. He didn't come. Requested front desk person to get GM he didn't show. Left without being seated after about 40 minutes. Didn't look like the few tables that were seated were getting served.

It's near the OU campus and this was parents weekend. Im assuming that fact contributed to the horrible service. The staff were nice but frazzled. I'll dine again to see if this experience is an anomaly.

We went on a Friday night around 8pm. There were 2 bartenders and around 10people the whole time we were there. We sat at hightops right by bar. Neither bartender came to our table to ask us if we wanted anything, waited a good 10 minutes. We did get up and ask for a menu shortly after we arrived. You would think one of them would then come over and ask us if we were ready to order. Nope! This is a nice hotel and private bar area. We have had drinks at downstairs bar and they are way more helpful and personable! We won’t be back. 3 drinks, $60 for no customer service.

My wife and I had a wonderful date night. The atmosphere is very fresh. The service was spot on. There's a few unique dishes to be tried. Overall experience was very satisfying.

Excellent food and bar menus, exceptional table service from Alexis!! Menu is much improved over our prior visits to the Noun Hotel dining room! Disappointed in the high menu prices for glasses of wine (5- and 8-ounce pours). But will definitely return for the food menu and great service!

Beautiful restaurant. The time it took to get our food with only 3 other tables was almost an hour. The server was polite but busy making drinks and coffee for all of the other servers while the manager set at the bar on her laptop. The kitchen staff which can be see from the dinning area were standing around and using phones constantly. One of the tables that came in after we ordered our food got their food 10 min before us. Once we got our food my 6 yr old daughters order was missing and arrived about the time everyone else was done eating. The food was good but the organization and timing of the kitchen staff was left wanting. Not a great experience unfortunately.

Breakfast was great! When we arrived at 9:30 am, restaurant was not busy. A few minutes went by and all the sudden, the place was quite busy. I think there were only three servers, one of the three, was also bartender. Service was on the slow side.

Made a reservation for a weekend breakfast based on their extensive menu online. Surprised to find that the only option was a small limited buffet with only 4-5 very basic foods. And food quality was horrible. Everything was dried out and luke warm. Not sure where the food was from because the kitchen was closed. Service was slow — getting OJ at a breakfast shouldn't be an ordeal! Check with the hotel before you eat here to see what the menu is. Or just eat elsewhere!

Had dinner over parents weekend. Expected it to be crowded which it was but the service was just okay. Took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks and food wasn't as good as it had been in the past. We will try again another time but definitely not during big OU weekends.

The restaurant has so much potential but the food is surprisingly poor (especially for the price!) We had Charlestons for lunch and the food was significantly better quality. Norman needs fine dining options - focus on food and you will have a winner. Supper Club is currently a nice option for a drink and appetizer.

The hotel and restaurant are beautiful and well appointed. Service was excellent/ bartender, hostess, and server! Problem was the food . Burrata was fair, pork chop awful 50 percent fat, broccolini over cooked and braised short ribs bland. I also thought wine was over priced. Menu limited which is okay but sides were very limited (French fries and chips?). Great place but need to improve food!

Service was incredibly lacking and we were sitting 10 feet from a manager the entire time. dirty/finished plates were never taken away, a glass of prosecco took over 10 minutes to be served as did an order for sparkling water and the server had very little knowledge of the menu.

Great bar especially outside overlooking campus. Food and service were both excellent. Definitely
