Worst experience ever. I regret coming to this location every single time. Always hopping for better service, but nope, always terrible wait times and always out of items.

Made online order, got there 15 minutes after ordering it. Food not ready, said they need to make the mushroom chicken still. Watched them use one wok, cooked 4 other types of food with it before making mine finally. No one else was waiting for food, only me. Took almost 30 minutes from time of order before I got my food. Lady was playing with noodles, counted 23 times of scooping, then dropping before putting them on a plate for someone else's order. Putting fresh cooked food in dirty empty containers from the serving line. Watched an employee put one glove on, handle raw chicken with it. Then take the glove off and take the empty contaminated stuff in the back touching the parts that had raw chicken on it and return to the grill with ni gloves on. No manager in sight that I could tell. Employees yelling back and forth at each other. Not professional, not friendly, not fast. Terrible.

Horrible service, ignored us at 10:30 when they had all doors locked but on their website said it is open until 11. They some ahh service and ignored us for 5 minutes while we waited in the cold n they debated on letting us in.

I order here alot through the Panda Express app and pickup in drive-through. Employees are super nice, and the food is always fresh and accurate. I have also been in the store a few times and it is always clean. The parking lot and building are both in great shape.

This location on Classen needs better management. There was a line of people waiting in the drive-through for at least 10 minutes. When I made it to the window, there was no explanation no apology. I was just handed my food and drink that had already been sitting out for who knows how long. .

They cannot take more than 1 order at a time. Seriously no multitasking skills what so ever. There shouldn't be a 2 min wait between people placing orders. Seriously will take an order and pass it off prior to taking the order behind them. It's crazy! Doesn't matter if you order ahead you must wait for them to pass the food to the people in front before you can to tell them you've got a mobile order. I made this review in the drive thru!!

Online orders are never ready on time and often take longer 30-45 minutes to slop some food in a foam container. Order from a locally owned business instead and save yourself the grief.
I had a really good experience here. The staff was kind. I chose an entree that was too spicy for me, and all though it was my fault, Aleesa quickly accommodated me. I'm so happy with the good costumer service !!

Man. 20 minutes to wait for kung pao from a drive thru? Had to get a refund and go down the road. If I had known the wait was going to be that extended I wouldn't have gone through the express lane. Damn shame cuz I love panda and only live 5 minutes away. I'll go to the other side of town if I want panda here in Norman.

I went thru the drive thru around 920 they dint close till 11. They were out of everything but 3 menu items for the protiens I shrugged it off okay its later no biggie I ordered a medium noodle bc they didnt have the protien my child would eat available waited about 10 min extra for noodles to be made and when I get home I dont have the noodles and half my order is basically thrown in the containers all mixed together I tried to call back to see if I could go back up to get my noodles or if I needed to wait for tomorrow but of course no one answered the phone probably won't be back
