This is the second time in a row that this Panera location has gotten my drive-thru order completely wrong. The first time, I ordered a Chicken Avocado BLT and recieved a Chipotle Chicken Avocado. Today, the same thing happened and they also completely messed up my You-Pick-2 order. Very frustrating. Will not be going to this location again.

This location is a profound disappointment. We placed our order with specific modifications, these requests were entirely disregarded. Furthermore, the handling of our to-go order was astonishingly careless: the bagel was not placed in its own bag but rather haphazardly tossed in with the other items. This resulted in crumbs everywhere and the bagel to be split in half and comically strewn about the other to go order contents. We spent over $40 for soup out of a bag which they also forgot the croutons and cheese for on what can only be described as a subpar and lackluster meal at best, this experience was nothing short of disheartening. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this location anymore.

The food here is good, definitely expensive but what isn't these days? Service is usually good as well.
The reason for the four instead of five star review is because of the flies inside the restaurant - there were a few around and they were sitting on the dessert/bakery section items, most of which were left completely uncovered. I would highly, highly recommend management to have lids to cover ALL of the bakery items, not just a few of them, or at least get a bug trap blue light device. Flies sitting on any food items is unappetising, and unhygenic. This is not what I expect at Panera Bread.
