We always get 2 Family Feasts for our family of 6. With everything we get: 8 half sandwiches, 2 salads, 2 baguettes, and 2 quarts of soup, its plenty! So yummy!!

Usually I have no issues. But when you ask for condiments and the drive thru employee says they don't have enough splenda and asks if you want them to go find more, why is that even a question? I was the only person in drive thru. I worked fast food in the 90s. I wouldn't have asked, I would've just done it. SMH. And they have been out of the hibiscus pomegranate tea for 3 days now. What gives?

My bread fell apart way before I could even pick up my sandwich, and I dont remember the menu saying that the chicken on my sandwich was going to come in a thousand tiny little peice. I also dont remember seeing blue cheese as one of the ingredients to the sandwich I ordered, but it sure tasted a lot like but blue cheese. I really don't know what the point of telling them no sliced cheese when they put it on anyway. Chicken bacon avocado sandwich will be a no go from now on.

Overpriced food and tiny portions. Staff is overworked and managers are inept. Wouldn’t be surprised to see the whole franchise go belly up after switching to frozen bread. It’s a shame that we have lost this great concept to greed and corruption at every level. There no respect here for guests or staff. Fake nice managers are more transparent than a window pane.

The food is great the staff are not. They are rude 😤 right in front of me they refused to give me my food at the counter yet gave the gentleman behind me his order from the counter. Every time I go in it's like that if I go to the counter they say go to the register and if I go to the register to pick up my order I'm told to go to the counter. They are so unorganized and not friendly I do not like this panera I've been to others and have not had this experience. Norman needs another panera option.
I ordered a broccoli and cheese bread bowl and went through the drive through which I got everything but the bread bowl. Upon calling Panera Bread three times to get someone, I spoke to supposedly the Supervisor about their error and only received sarcasm and seemed mocked at when stated to talk with individuals managing the window. I believe a long look at management and training needs to be done at this establishment. I hope upper management takes a peek at this place.

This location is constantly out of Dr Pepper, so if that's your drink, I don't recommend the Sip Club. I hope whatever is going on with the CO2 tanks and Dr Pepper not being available gets straightened out at some point. The staff here is pretty steady and tries hard. Since it is the only location in Norman, I have eaten here a lot. The best employee ever is Sierra. She has amazed me over the years. The drive thru can take a while so I've learned to turn off the engine while waiting in line.
