Bagels harder than a rock and they didn't give me all the cream cheeses I bought and they tasted sour they were open but it looked like they weren't open the menu board was dark had to ask them to turn the light on it this was in the morning

probably the worst customer service I have ever received. The cashier was not welcoming at all, was on her phone the entire time taking my order, and her attitude was so bad. Definitely will not be coming back to this location.

The food was good, and I went in to order a to go order, not too much before closing. Some items were sold out, and that was understandable, but I guess the cashier had a long or bad day. You could tell she just wanted to go home.

Haven't really tried Panera but did on vacation and it was delicious. My only complaint is the ppl taking my order acted like I should know where the drinks were located and how to actually order.

Had the flu recently & Panera Bread definitely hit the spot. I love the Chicken Noodle Soup & Shaved Turkey Blt Avocado on Tomatoe Basil Bread... that's my order every time I eat at Panera Bread. My ONLY complaint is that it's a 15- 20 minute drive each way to get it so I'm limited on how often I can get it so I do wish they had a Panera Bread in Moore, Oklahoma. Or at least deliver to me, which they don't. I LOVE PANERA BREAD....
Paid $10 for soup to have nothing but broth. Strained the broth and this is the "chicken noodle". Where's the noodles and vegetables?? Not the 1st time this has happened with portions here. Hadn't ordered from them in years because of this.. thought I'd try again.

My partner and I ordered the pick two where you get half a sandwich and a tiny bowl of Mac n cheese. It was $40!!!!!!!!!!!!! We used to always come here. Never again. We could of ate at Olive Garden and had unlimited soup and salad for less!!!
