I just don’t understand why people Get into a job role where They hate dealing with Customer. Walked in and waited for almost 10 minutes. The guy making the pizza saw me multiple times completely ignored me. Little short girl that was in the back working in the freezer literally had to tell him. To come help me, I was the only customer there and they had one order on the screen. Customer service it’s not hard to smile and help people if you don’t like it go work out a warehouse

Honestly the slowest Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. I walked in, stood at the counter, and literally nobody acknowledged me. No “hi,” no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Just workers wandering around like I was invisible.
It took them a ridiculous amount of time to even look my way, let alone help me. By the time someone finally decided to do their job, I could’ve baked my own pizza from scratch. If this is “better ingredients, better pizza,” they might want to start with better service first.

Last night ordered a pizza from here and it was the worst Papa Johns pizza a have ever had. Very little cheese, ordered pepperoni and Canadian bacon, hardly any CB on it, and it was not even warm had to micro wave it. I will not order from there again.

I've ordered from here before. Carryout is ok, but I ordered the Halloween pumpkin pizza and a 20oz pepsi, and not only did I get it two hours later, because they were too busy, but I was tracking it and the girl delivered everypne else's first. When it finally arrived, it was like a large cold cracker with cold pizza sauce and the pepsi was hot. She still expected a tip and I usually do but not for that.

Every time I order from the Classen Blvd Papa John’s, they absolutely nail it. Orders are accurate, fresh, and on time — every single time. The staff is friendly & professional. If you want hot pizza, fast service, and a crew that actually cares, this is the place to order from. Five stars all the way!

Giving 5 stars for being cool with the car meets that happen here. We respect their parking, they respect us as long at the people attending stop pointlessly bouncing off Rev limiter for 5 minutes straight, or being obnoxious with your doorless mustang.

Terrible quality of pizza for high price. Too greasy and salty the pizza was thinner than a piece of paper. Don’t recommend better pizza places around for cheaper too.
