Terrible quality of pizza for high price. Too greasy and salty the pizza was thinner than a piece of paper. Don’t recommend better pizza places around for cheaper too.

I did a pickup order to avoid tips and fees, but this establishment decided to tip themselves anyway. I later noticed that they added a tip to the order without my consent. Not to mention that the pizzas just aren't as good at this Papa John's. They tend to be dry and the there's allot more crust then their should be.

Ordered a large pizza that is supposed to have 4 meats on it. There was hardly any. Really awful. Will not order here again.
Never again. Order tracker was not accurate at all. Claimed it would be about 17 minutes. Ended up being closer to 45. Manager could not give me a straight answer on when my order would be ready. Order was way over priced for the quality of food I received. I'll be taking my business to Hideaway.

If I could give no stars I would. Order took 45 minutes to make and was 25 minutes late. When I called to see what was going on the staff sounded high and told me 'its a holiday'. Really? What holiday is on July 16th? Marcos is FAR SUPERIOR. Save your money. Don't order here.

Vegetarian options: Green peppers, white onions ( sliced rings), black olives, portobello mushrooms, jalapeños, banana peppers, fresh spinach, green Chilli sauce topping (mild)
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free, clean cut requestable, religious reasons respected. Just let them know meat (usually pork or beef) to ñot handle while making the pizza.
Parking: A strip mall with plenty of parking spots, if the front is full there is more space on the right-hand side. I believe the back-alley is for employees only.
Kid-friendliness: There is a TV in the lobby with live TV, Netflix, etc. They try to make sure it's only playing pg or pg13+. Any concerns let an employee know.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp located near the middle of the strip-mall. Seats/tables can be rearranged.
