I ordered a specialty pizza online, than I realized I needed to pick up almost an hour later. They answered the call quickly and didn’t mind waiting before putting the pizza “in the oven.” Tasted great (pepperoni and bacon with the crust stuffed)

I understand there are tough days at but dang man! Pizza is feeling as flat as I am with this food right now ???Dude was annoyed that I wanted a refund, but the other person helped me out pretty quick. She said they were out of small pizzas, which is no biggie to me, but I would have liked to have been told so I could change my order.Normally on point, though!Delivery / PapaJohns app
Long wait. The don't take most coupons. Their store is much more expensive then any other Papa Johns i have been too. We ordered 2 large pizzas one was chicken alfedo, spinach tomato and the other one was beef and cheese. We were charged for chicken and tomatoes on our pizza, but after driving 35 minutes back home there was no meat at all and the tomato was not sliced and evenly laid out. It was some of the smallest diced bits sparsely tossed on. And the spinach was chewy. I'm lost there. I won't go back. My son liked it though. Oh the banana peppers where the size of a quarter.

Pros: Except once, maybe twice, in the last dozen times I ordered carryout, my pizza was ready in a flash. And the pizza was overcooked only once. The side of sauce and pepperoncini were never missing. Student discount code knocks off about $5 dollars. Happy, happy, happy. Cons: Always prompted for a tip on the app and in-store although I drive my butt there and pick up the pizza myself. And I find it strange that the employees who prepare the pizzas do not wear a hair net or at least a baseball cap.
