Normally my household loves papa Johnâs they have really good flavorful food. But this last experience was a deal breaker. Waited over an hour and a half for pizza and the delivery guy gave us the wrong order. My husband had to chase the guy down to get the right order and our food was cold. Never coming back.

I literally got a large pizza and cheesy sticks and it was 51$ plus the one âdifferentâ employee in there was INCREDIBLY rude⌠literally saying my name on my order and said âyâall Donât come back no ya hearâ will never come here again

Wow, Iâve never been treated with worse service! The people on the phone were incredible curt and rude. The pizza took an hour and a half to get to me when I was quoted 36 min. Absolutely ridiculous. Iâll never order from here again,

If youâre a delivery driver, they wonât put the drinks together with the food so that you can walk out the door without the entire order. They expect you to know the order and to get the drinks, they wonât remind you to get the drinks or anything
