Ordered on the app. They accepted order at 6:39. When door dash driver arrived (709pm) to pick up order, they claim another driver picked up the order. The DoorDash Driver waited for them to remake the order. So we did not have the pizzas until 741pm.
Seems like they did not make the order until a driver was there. Seriously, process is broken!

1 star all the way around solely because they prepare your food with no gloves and bare hands. I witnessed both workers touch boxes, receipt paper, computers, and more then go right back to touching your dough and incredients to make the pizza. The guy cutting the pizza used his bare hands to grab peppers from the bin to put in the box for a customer then tossed some back in the bin for the next customer because he grabbed to many. They never washed their hands between handling food and other items

order Papa Johnâs for my team every single Friday, but every time I use this Robinson location in Norman, they pawn the order off to DoorDash â and it never arrives in under 2 hours. This has happened with my last three orders here.
When I called to address it, the managerâs only response was, âIâll try to do better, bye.â As a manager myself, I can tell you that is not how you handle an upset customer. I understand delays happen, but this is clearly a pattern of poor service, lack of accountability, and zero urgency to improve.
If you want your order on time and handled professionally, skip this location entirely. The Papa Johnâs off Classen Blvd is consistently efficient, kind, clean, and professional â the exact opposite experience.
Normally my household loves papa Johnâs they have really good flavorful food. But this last experience was a deal breaker. Waited over an hour and a half for pizza and the delivery guy gave us the wrong order. My husband had to chase the guy down to get the right order and our food was cold. Never coming back.

I literally got a large pizza and cheesy sticks and it was 51$ plus the one âdifferentâ employee in there was INCREDIBLY rude⊠literally saying my name on my order and said âyâall Donât come back no ya hearâ will never come here again

If youâre a delivery driver, they wonât put the drinks together with the food so that you can walk out the door without the entire order. They expect you to know the order and to get the drinks, they wonât remind you to get the drinks or anything
