He food taste liked sour like it was spoiled. Service was very rude, and the prices were sky high for what you get. Me and my girlfriend will not be coming back.

This is my second time here and the last time I'm here. Today I ordered some rolls and pastries to take away and they were all old and hard. This place is grossly overpriced and everyone who works here looks happy.

Absolutely disgusting. The worst overpriced Vietnamese sandwich place I've ever tried. They use mayo that is tasted rancid and vile. Had a very off taste. The pho was beyond overpriced ) Almost 20 bucks a bowl ) and tasted bland. The portion was very small.

We tried the grilled pork sandwich. The pork had a very off taste to it like it was rancid and not fresh. Very small portion and $9 bucks for a Vietnamese sandwich. Lees in Okc charges $5-6z

I get inflation but what this place is doing is overcharging and downsizing the portions and quantity. Me and my family will not be eating here again.

The place was empty while next door the Japanese sushi place was packed and that is not a good sign. I predict this place will change owners or close shop serving not so fresh food like this.

$20 for a bowl of Pho is wild. Not sure if the ingredients were imported from Paris but I didn't tasted any different. Sandwich was pretty good but that about it.

They came out to tell us that our wings were a little behind because they had so many orders today, and offered my daughter a refill on her Boba drink. Exceptional service as always!

So I had the opportunity to eat here twice in the last month. The food is hella expensive, 20 dollars for a bowl of Pho, however, having said that it is so good! I mean like if I had the money I would eat here every day kind of good. My son had the pork vermicelli and he didn't like the noodles but he ate all the pork and it's usually the other way around. We also bought some of their chocolate treats that are in the front right when you walk in. I would recommend anyone to go here at least once to try it, you won't regret it.

This place is absolutely great. I’ve eating at Lees for years but the flavor in the bread, portions are just so much better. Both places are great but this place stole my heart and taste buds. Staff is all so friendly. I’ve never been in a place that is so squeaky clean. Shout out to you guys. Keep doing your thing !!!!

Everything about this place is amazing! First, it is absolutely beautiful inside. You are greeted with a smile and super friendly staff. Then the food shows up and it is absolutely delicious! My husband had a corn dog and on the recommendation of house he sprinkled the cinnamon sugar on it and loved it. I had the pad tai and it was perfect! Took some desert to go and the lemon coconut cake was everything I hoped it would be and more!

All the food is so delicious. The staff was even better because they are so friendly, kind, and considerate. I took my girls today after school and my youngest accidentally spilled her taro boba on the table and they replaced it, crazier part? For free! They cleaned up the mess so quickly and were so kind about it. Love this place and will continue to come back
