Ordered on the app pan pizzas and a double order of cinnamon sticks. Pan pizzas were cold. I did not get my double order of cinnamon sticks and the they were cold and hard as a rock. Called and the person I spoke with didnt care, didnt try to make it right. Told him I wouldnt be back and he just said ok.

Stopped in this Pizza Hut for late lunch about 4:00 PM. Placed our order at the counter paid $40 for our $31 order and went to sit at our table. Customers came and went, and at the 40 minute mark, I went to investigate. Our food had been sitting for over 20 minutes under the warmer. No one would even bring it out. This location needs new management or to be shut down. Inexcusable.

Good wasn’t too bad, got a great deal. But only half a cup of pizza sauce for my breadsticks ?? Literally only had enough sauce for one stick. I didn’t wanna make this but I didn’t get to enjoy my breadsticks like I wanted too.

Pizza crust was a failure. Looks like it didnt rise. Entire pizza was under cooked. Smaller diameter pie. The decline of PH has reached the tipping point. First time ever that leftover pizza went into trash.☹️

I haven’t had pizza hut in years but saw their $30 bundle that includes 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and wings. Such a good deal i couldn’t pass it up. I love their topping options! nobody else has chicken sausage or spicy marinara! The cashier was very sweet too. Food was ready to go when I got there and was an easy pick up 😋

I have seen great customer service here but the last 2 orders had the pizza's flat and the last order was under cooked.
The dough NEEDS to be prepared better and cooked longer for larger pizza.
My most recent order was a stuffed crust supreme with extra cheese... and I reminded them to cook it well done. But it came with nearly raw dough.
The pizza was also as thin as possible (excluding the stuffed crust part), like paper thin and it was completely soft and impossible to eat. I baked it in my oven and it got crispy and stopped sagging so I could eat it.
It seems like they are rushing the pizza out the oven and ignoring my request to make it well done.
The dough being ridiculously thin I can forgive because they probably accidentally stretched the dough too much for the stuffed crust.
But I can't forgive the nearly raw dough after I reminded them.

Got a large 1 topping for 9.99, well let's say it was paper thin with hand tossed crust and not worth 9.99, I mean you know the crapy hot and ready pizzas that taste like cardboard from little czars for 6.00 dollars taste better then pizza huts did, and it was bigger, pizza hut had went down hill big time, not happy with Tuesday night dinner
