I haven’t had pizza hut in years but saw their $30 bundle that includes 2 pizzas, cheese sticks and wings. Such a good deal i couldn’t pass it up. I love their topping options! nobody else has chicken sausage or spicy marinara! The cashier was very sweet too. Food was ready to go when I got there and was an easy pick up 😋

I have seen great customer service here but the last 2 orders had the pizza's flat and the last order was under cooked.
The dough NEEDS to be prepared better and cooked longer for larger pizza.
My most recent order was a stuffed crust supreme with extra cheese... and I reminded them to cook it well done. But it came with nearly raw dough.
The pizza was also as thin as possible (excluding the stuffed crust part), like paper thin and it was completely soft and impossible to eat. I baked it in my oven and it got crispy and stopped sagging so I could eat it.
It seems like they are rushing the pizza out the oven and ignoring my request to make it well done.
The dough being ridiculously thin I can forgive because they probably accidentally stretched the dough too much for the stuffed crust.
But I can't forgive the nearly raw dough after I reminded them.

Got a large 1 topping for 9.99, well let's say it was paper thin with hand tossed crust and not worth 9.99, I mean you know the crapy hot and ready pizzas that taste like cardboard from little czars for 6.00 dollars taste better then pizza huts did, and it was bigger, pizza hut had went down hill big time, not happy with Tuesday night dinner

We dine in and you place your order up front and pay you don’t get a waitress they didn’t tell us where to get our drinks, the pizza was serverd with no spatula and we didn’t have plates or silverware . The pizza didn’t taste good at all What had happen to the Pizza Hut in Norman Oklahoma!

The night manager is extremely rude and would not look for my son’s jacket that was left there when I called. I told her where I was told it was and she simply said idk where so and so put it. And when I told her it seemed like she didn’t really want to even try to look for it she got upset and hung up on me. Manager said her name was Wednesday, sure lives up to it with personality.

We've not always had a pizza this bad from here but it reminded me of why I'd rather drive to Hideaway. The pizza looked like it was a day old and they added ingredients to the old cheese pizza and threw it under a broiler. This was a Sunday night so maybe staff and management on Sundays are not so good? There was no quality control for sure. We wound up tossing it I'm afraid. Sorry, I can't risk an order like this again.
