Derek the manager and Quincy one of the employees accuses us of trying to pretend we didn’t get certain sides to try and get more for free. They were out of everything and got the order wrong hence us asking for items missing. Our ticket was 114$ we were not worried about paying. Riley was the only saving grace and her professionalism and good nature will be why we return. Just not today we asked for a full refund. Terrible experience from the other team members.

By far the slowest Popeye’s in all of Oklahoma!! It should NOT take 30 minutes to fry 14 pieces of chicken, especially when you’re NOT busy!! I didn’t come for jalapeños, or a drink!! I came for food to feed my family!! Why would you say you would add extra chicken for my 30 minute wait and NOT include it?? Did you think I wouldn’t check? I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!

I order here all the time through the app and pick up my order through drive through. Food is always fast, fresh, accurate, and the employees are very nice. I have also been in the store several times. Store is always incredibly clean. Parking lot and the building is immaculate. Not a ton of seating inside since it is a smaller store. If I had to guess, the store seats 20-25 people.

Chicken sandwich wasn't cooked all the way and got about 12 fries for 14 bucks..I hope I don't get salmonella.. definitely don't get money worth like KFC...cost 14 bucks..they suck and don't care for customers literally don't have customer service have pics but can't share for some reason!!

The food was alright except we ordered cheesecakes for dessert and got apple pies instead. I am pretty irritated because I tried to contact support in the app and they were less than helpful. The cheesecakes were way more expensive. Probably won't go back. This was our second time and both times we had issues.
