Pryor's Pizza Kitchen @ Selah

The pizza was delicious and the staff was very friendly. It was super busy but we still got our food in a timely manner. We had a great experience!

Yesterday we rented one of the snow globes and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. First, there was no help with placing our order everything had to be done by scanning a code and ordering ourselves. There was no option for veterans to use tax-exempt status, and no way to add notes for allergies or ingredient changes.

Second, we saw the waitress carrying my mom’s food to other globes because she didn’t know where to deliver it. When she finally brought the food to our globe, it was extremely cold and honestly disgusting. My husband had to go inside multiple times because there is no way to communicate from inside the snow globe.

Our dessert never arrived, even though we finished our meal over 30 minutes before. When my husband went inside again, they admitted it was never prepared, so we had to wait even longer. On top of that, the snow globe heater is very small and does not keep up with the cold outside. Too expensive the experience for this bad service.

Overall, the place is beautiful, but the service and the entire experience were terrible. We were really disappointed.

In the middle of where you least expect it, there's a Christmas themed town, with one of the most exotic, off the wall, pizza place you'll ever visit... I'm from Los Angeles, CA, so trust me when I say this.

When you walk in, you almost get that Eastern European Brew-Haus feel... what you actually get is quite different. Good service, your food delivered to your table... plenty of it to eat... and porters to take away what's left when you are done, without asking.

I've read the reviews that were negative... I can see how if an employee is having a bad day, how some of these reviews make sense...

But overall, the negative reviews are not warranted... and I was in a party of nine! No troubles or issues...

I had the Sooner-Q pizza. What it lacked in visual presentation it made up for in taste!

This is Neapolitan style pizza or at least the Oklahoma equivalent there to. Woodfired pizza ovens will leave a bit of char on the bottom of the pizza that's to be expected. Anybody bitching about it clearly does not know Pizza, and has no business bitching... IMHO.

The Zen garden salad is a real treat. Just beware of the diced jalapeños blended in every bite is a wake up call but the balsamic dressing is absolutely delicious.

Did I mention the bar staff extremely friendly? I wished they had a bottle of Strongbow, vs the can of Angry Orchard... AO canned cider barely has any kick, but I can't fault them for not having it (cough cough).

I'm full... enjoying the wide swalth of people, ages and cultures... it's Saturday night at Pryor's Pizza Kitchen, where else would I ever be?!

I love the aesthetics of the area which is why we planned to have my daughters sweet 16 there and hoped to take lots of pics for memorable memories. I booked 3 areas several weeks ago, we show up at 7:32 (reservations 7:30-9:30) and they gave one of my seating areas to another group, and the community table area was full of a party completely trashed. They acted annoyed that they had to do their job and boot the party out and tried to put us in another area. I planned the seating specifically for the play area. Nowhere on their website does it state, if you are a few mins late for reservations that they give it away. Only saw the cancellation policy and 30min late. It states to vacate your reservation so they have 30 mins until the next reservation to clean/have it ready. We had dried up pizza sauce on one table and confetti all over another. I confirmed all of my reservations the day before, as requested. They didn’t want to disturb the other party who had no trash, and pretty much wanted their permission to give me my reserved area. We waited almost 30 mins for them to figure it all out and somewhat clean up the areas. I understand it was crowded, I could see it with my own eyes but I paid for those reservations and because I was 2 mins late to speak to someone that the party was there they just gave it to the next people. So most of our group didn’t eat until 9, we were eating cookies/dessert before food came out. Thankfully the night wasn’t completely thrown off but definitely a major let down.

Food is delicious , I could spend all day just hanging out . Staff is so nice .

Ate here with some family and was not disappointed. The atmosphere is fantastic there is even areas for kids to run around which my nephews took advantage of. I had a few slices of the Margherita, cheese, and a couple others I dont know the names of (I showed up late and everything was already ordered). I hear they have some really cool igloo type seating during the winter that I hope to experience in the future.

Not from here, and just visiting family, but i heard good things about this place. Placed an ordered a togo order in person. girl at the counter let me know it would be done pretty soon and just to hang around. They started to serve me at the table. I tried to catch one of the food runners walking by to let them know, but, you can’t expect much from high schoolers not paying attention. Not very good customer service. not very good food especially for the wait. i’ve been waiting an hour for 4 pizzas and a couple of sides. Would not recommend coming here, or my family going back here. I certainly will not be.

Great place. A little out of the way, but worth the trip. Just south of Norman OK. I would definitely go back.
