They just hire anybody it looks like, I just paid 10 bucks for the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen. Train the workers better before putting them on the floor. She literally made my burrito a ball.

This location literally robbed me. I ordered by Uber from here, the address they were having it go to was wrong. I cancelled the order. Normally a refund is in order...nope they kept my money and I never got my food.

This location, on more than one occasion, has been the most incompetent. Service is trash. Food portions seem to get smaller each visit. Staff talks trash about their customers thinking they can't understand what they are saying.

It was decent, not as flavored as chipotle. Great service, decent food amount. Nice facility.

We had an amazing gentleman tonight named Corbin help us and it was a great experience we showed up about 15 mins before close feeling horrible but needing a delicious dinner option qdoba it was! He delivered our meals quickly and with a smile on his face and made us feel welcome and everyone working was amazing just wanted to make sure him and his coworkers knew we appreciate them for there hard work!

This is only the second time I have ever been to a Qdoba. I didn’t like it the first time and after today’s experience I will remember never to come back.
My major complaint is the lack of transparency with the menu. The menu is structured in a way that prices the contents but not the item itself and it is designed with lots of white space and thin text in order not to draw your attention. So every time the server asks if you would like something and you say yes. . . Cha Ching! There isn’t a way for you to have any idea how much your total bill will be. $28+ for 3 tacos and 1 quesadilla! I believe that this is by design in order to get away with double or triple the prices charged at any of the Mexican fast food restaurants with Taco in their names. It is an underhand means of disguising their above market prices. The store is well designed to give the impression of “better” Mexican food. That is only an illusion. The second picture is the greasy chips we took home in their paper bag after setting overnight.

Food is awesome

Just not good. Tried it for the first time in awhile and it was barely fit to eat. Restaurants sure aren’t what they used to be even 5 years ago. These places have really gone down hill in food quality and how their food is prepared.

I really enjoyed my burrito, undercooked rice and beans at the top into my pico and fajita veggies then the absolute show stopper of only pickled onions and a whole cilantro stem in a section, and only after all of that i was blessed to eat the meat and guac truly superb.

Last night I went with my husband for dinner and had a terrible experience. The employees all had a sour look on their faces. Note I usually don’t have any problems but that night was the complete opposite. I got the surf and turf and mentioned to mark which burrito was which because my husband has a severe allergy to shellfish and the guy looked at me confused when he was the one who prepared it for us. He proceeded to mumble something to me and I had to basically guess that he told me that he put a fork in the bag that had my husband’s in it. He then wrapped everything up and put it all in a bag to go when he didn’t ask me if it was for dine-in or to go. We sat down to eat and the moment I bite into my burrito it completely falls apart and I had no way of eating it. I had to hold it on the side as I stood there looking crazy just to ask for a bowl. I finally ask for a bowl and mentioned that my burrito was falling apart and the guy seemed to just dismiss it like it was okay. I’m not sure if I’m overreacting but I also work in the customer service industry and I know to never look like you don’t want to do your job in front of your customers. The other Qdoba near my job has never had any issues like this but I guess I came in on the wrong night. I hope this issue gets fixed because it’s completely unacceptable.

I ordered delivery (and I do this often) I NEVER receive the drinks I pay for when I order delivery from Qdoba. That aside I usually LOVE Qdoba and they were one of my favorite restaurants at one point but recently the quality, portions and order accuracy have went way down.
