This location, on more than one occasion, has been the most incompetent. Service is trash. Food portions seem to get smaller each visit. Staff talks trash about their customers thinking they can't understand what they are saying.
It was decent, not as flavored as chipotle. Great service, decent food amount. Nice facility.
We had an amazing gentleman tonight named Corbin help us and it was a great experience we showed up about 15 mins before close feeling horrible but needing a delicious dinner option qdoba it was! He delivered our meals quickly and with a smile on his face and made us feel welcome and everyone working was amazing just wanted to make sure him and his coworkers knew we appreciate them for there hard work!
Great atmosphere and awesome price
This is only the second time I have ever been to a Qdoba. I didn’t like it the first time and after today’s experience I will remember never to come back.
My major complaint is the lack of transparency with the menu. The menu is structured in a way that prices the contents but not the item itself and it is designed with lots of white space and thin text in order not to draw your attention. So every time the server asks if you would like something and you say yes. . . Cha Ching! There isn’t a way for you to have any idea how much your total bill will be. $28+ for 3 tacos and 1 quesadilla! I believe that this is by design in order to get away with double or triple the prices charged at any of the Mexican fast food restaurants with Taco in their names. It is an underhand means of disguising their above market prices. The store is well designed to give the impression of “better” Mexican food. That is only an illusion. The second picture is the greasy chips we took home in their paper bag after setting overnight.
Food is awesome
Just not good. Tried it for the first time in awhile and it was barely fit to eat. Restaurants sure aren’t what they used to be even 5 years ago. These places have really gone down hill in food quality and how their food is prepared.
I really enjoyed my burrito, undercooked rice and beans at the top into my pico and fajita veggies then the absolute show stopper of only pickled onions and a whole cilantro stem in a section, and only after all of that i was blessed to eat the meat and guac truly superb.
Last night I went with my husband for dinner and had a terrible experience. The employees all had a sour look on their faces. Note I usually don’t have any problems but that night was the complete opposite. I got the surf and turf and mentioned to mark which burrito was which because my husband has a severe allergy to shellfish and the guy looked at me confused when he was the one who prepared it for us. He proceeded to mumble something to me and I had to basically guess that he told me that he put a fork in the bag that had my husband’s in it. He then wrapped everything up and put it all in a bag to go when he didn’t ask me if it was for dine-in or to go. We sat down to eat and the moment I bite into my burrito it completely falls apart and I had no way of eating it. I had to hold it on the side as I stood there looking crazy just to ask for a bowl. I finally ask for a bowl and mentioned that my burrito was falling apart and the guy seemed to just dismiss it like it was okay. I’m not sure if I’m overreacting but I also work in the customer service industry and I know to never look like you don’t want to do your job in front of your customers. The other Qdoba near my job has never had any issues like this but I guess I came in on the wrong night. I hope this issue gets fixed because it’s completely unacceptable.
I ordered delivery (and I do this often) I NEVER receive the drinks I pay for when I order delivery from Qdoba. That aside I usually LOVE Qdoba and they were one of my favorite restaurants at one point but recently the quality, portions and order accuracy have went way down.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The lady give me a tiny splash of queso on my bowl. They then charge me 2.25 extra when it’s supposed to be included. Then they go on the talk in Spanish and talk crap! NEVER GO HERE
Went to Qdoba to pick up an order around 9:20pm 3/17/2025 for my brother & somehow every (Hispanic lady working there tonight) told me they couldn’t find the order even though I could see the order from the counter. Showed them order confirmation & all. They proceeded to act clueless when I literally showed them proof of purchase & ALL. Again worst costumer service ever & all of them wanna whisper to each other after I finally received my ORDER.
Pretty disappointed in the serving size and quality today. Usually the bowl is quite full and has a good foundation of rice but I barely saw any and also didn't get but 3/4th the amount of food that is normal, and most of it being queso and guacamole.
Literally.never disappointed with Qdoba! Food is always fresh and delicious with reasonable prices!
I come here fairly often as it’s the only one near me and I love qdoba but the service is usually horrible. They got my order wrong today and instead of owning up to it and fixing it they set the bag on the table and said “if you’re gonna take it it’s right here” and walked away. When I sat and showed my receipt and showed they were wrong and I would like for it to be fixed they took all of my food back and remade the one and shoved it back at me with a sarcastic smile. I don’t know if it’s just this location or what but the portions are getting smaller and the chicken is typically burnt.
