What’s the point of ordering on the app if they wait til everyone is through the line is served first. I choose Qdoba over chipotle based off the better food but the last 3 times I’ve done a mobile order and showed up at the pickup time it’s not ready while I watch everyone else walking in get their food before mine. Good food but good speed of service and delay of app ordering is ridiculous. One of the only fast food chains with a mobile app who still don’t understand the purpose of it.

Won't be going back. All the meats were burnt on all of our meals. The staff was so oblivious and couldn't remember asking us what we wanted. Had to repeat everything multiple times. Multiple people were getting the wrong food and even the to go orders were requesting their money back. Tables were dirty. Health department should probably go check this place out asap.

We placed an online order at 530 to be picked up at 730. We got there and went in at 730 to pick up our order and still had to wait until 815 before it was ready. It wouldn't have been ready by then if my husband hadn't of went through the line for walk in customers. We were missing items, and things were not packaged very well to where they spilled in the bag.

My recent visit to Qdoba was extremely disappointing. The service was rude, and the staff seemed disinterested. The employee gave me attitude and didn't want to take my order. After paying, he simply dropped me my food. I was honestly in shocked at the disrespectful behavior. I can try to understand that they may have a bad day but nothing excuses this attitude when serving a customer. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I had high expectations for Qdoba, as I generally love their food, but this experience left me unsatisfied. Please do better. 9:15 on October 26

Highly dissatisfied! My girlfriend placed an order online, took her lunch break to go get it and was still waiting on her food 30-40 mins AFTER they said the order was ready. She now is LATE getting back from work & still has NO food. She couldn’t wait around any longer & went back to work with NO FOOD !! & was offered a DRINK for the inconvenience!. Why order online if you can’t even have the $hit ready when it’s supposed to be. The management sucks. Wouldn’t recommend this place !

This is by far the worst Qdoba location I've ever been to. Every single time I go there the employees have horrible attitudes, their payment systems crashed last time I was in there and I waited A really long time to even be able to pay, two employees argued about who was going to go to lunch while I was standing there waiting to order and had not been even acknowledged yet. Absolutely terrible staff.
