We are typically really understanding customers… they were busy and got both of our meats in our bowls wrong and we noticed when we got home, brought the bowls back and they went to remake them but never a single apology, future discount, or even letting us keep the messed up bowls. You would expect one of the 3 for a 35 dollar meal that was obviously messed up on their end. We have been avid on Qdoba over Chipotle for two years but if this isn’t fixed in some way we will be exclusively going to Chipotle down the road.

Just picked up my usual order of cilantro lime rice, black beans, chicken, toppings…and the rice is the saltiest thing I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I am not trying to be overly dramatic, but it’s like someone just dumped an entire container of salt into the cilantro lime rice. Luckily, I got a bowl, so I can just eat everything on top of it. I am so disappointed. Loyal Qdoba customer for years and years, but my trust has been ruined.

yummy food but would be so much better with a lemon water and a fresh lime to squeeze over the meal. bring back the lemon and lime wedges!!

Joseph went above and beyond to help me with a catering order. To make sure we could get what we needed and wanted within our budget. He was so kind, friendly and helpful! Once we picked up, we had everything we needed to set up a buffet line and the food was great! We fed 40 and no one left hungry or disappointed!
