Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Around 10:40 last night we decided to go grab some food. Considering we had been out of power since 2:00 pm ( 8 hours at this point) this day due to the wind we were looking to try something new to eat. The little girl working the window was quite ditzy. She provided us our drinks then took my card to pay. Before giving my card back she tried to hand me an additional set of drinks . I said I don’t believe this are mine but thank u. I asked for canes sauce she said that will be an additional cost . Again I’ve never had raising canes. Didn’t care to tell me it already came with sauce so ran a separate transaction for extra sauce . Before she gave me my bag I asked if my ketchup was in there along with my additional sauce she said uhh I think so . I said right….. can I get extra then please? She did provide me with extra ketchup .. got down the road there was no ketchup in the bag . You know it sounds petty for me to be so adamant about sauce but after u pay $20 for food id expect everything I ordered to be included. I think training the window service at night is a must .. ask customers if there’s any additional things they may need and let them know what the meals already include so there’s not additional transactions that need to happen for no reason. Aside from this the facility was clean and other workers we’re actively wiping down things and the food was fresh and tasted good.

Asked for crispy fries and they still weren't. Never are done all the way

Small tenders and miserable staff. The lady who hands me my drive through order looks like she hates her life. Quit girl!

Food is super good. Just not daily prices. Also have to pay for any extra sauce you get. Otherwise love the chicken.

I hate doing this, but we go to canes often and just moved to Norman… this is literally the slowest canes ever. I was told 2/3 minutes and 5 minutes past just for me to drive around front to sit and wait even longer… it’s always like this Jo matter the time of day.

Everything came out good this time, however it can be hit or miss. The cashier I had today was incredibly friendly and cheerful.

Hot and delicious. Had a long wait, but manager hit is up with free meals on a return visit and thanked us for our patience. We will be back! The place was packed! For the number or orders they had, I thought they were doing fabulous!

I understand being busy with closing procedures, but waiting 15 minutes (cook to order doesn't take that long) AND getting my order wrong is ridiculous. Don't come here late at night.
