I opened my meal box upside down on accident and Amy saw my food on the ground and checked in on me and brought me a new meal. I have never been at a fast food place where people genuinely care, keep in mind we’re on campus corner during game day

The food is so delicious at this location but I’m starting to see signs of shrinkflation. For the box combo I usually try to substitute the coleslaw for extra fries. The amount of fries given were less than even a normal sized portion. I don’t mind paying extra, but to pretend like what’s given is extra, when it’s absolutely less than the typical portion is a great way to lose business.

Logan is AMAZING! He was extremely helpful and patient as I was placing my order and went out of his was to make sure I was taken care of! I had a great experience at this restaurant thanks to Logan!

Tiny fingers and fries were undercooked
The food was hot and fresh and they got the order out very fast despite how much I ordered. Definitely recommend going to this Cane's.

I just ordered a 3 finger box combo and they forgot the toast in the box.
Went to get some water. One customer tried to charge me 25 cents for a regular water and another co-worker came out and said no it's free. However I then decided to go for the large water which was about 36 cents with tax. On another note some of the reviews are saying that this canes is on another level when it comes to how it is set up. I can definitely confirm. Overall five stars I will be returning

Couldn't believe how aggressively rude this young girl was who worked there. I don't think I've ever been treated so unkindly in a public place. (The rest of the staff had been great, but she made it an over the top horrible experience.)
Foods always good, it's chicken and more chicken, not much variety but it's what you'd expect of a chicken restaurant. The fries and toast are great (unless your fries sit in a closed container then they will get soggy fast) and the canes sauce is also great
