Husband and I ate here today. Zach, our waiter, was exceptional! We were disappointed our meals only came with one side. You used to be able to get a salad and one side. Now you have to pay for a salad separately. I hope Red Lobster makes some changes so they don’t go out of business.

Went here yesterday for my husband's birthday. Ask for Jenn! She provided such great service. Girl was on top of it! Shrimp was over cooked but everything else was great and we enjoyed ourselves. Even the hostess up front was enjoyable to talk to. The staff made it a good lunch.

Had a wonderful experience at the Red Lobster in Norman! Our server, Lacey, was absolutely amazing. She paid close attention to my complicated order and got everything perfect — not a single detail missed. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole visit even more enjoyable for my family. Big shout out to the cook as well — the food was delicious and cooked to perfection. We truly appreciated the warm service and great atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Red Lobster has LEVELED UP!! The food is 10x better, love the new atmosphere and decorations!! Zach was an awesome waiter. Attentive, knowledgeable, and super fun!! Crabfest has also really improved, the Bairdi crab were meaty and succulent. Highly recommend this location!!
