My friend and I ate at this Norman Red Lobster, and it was fantastic! The service we received was some of the best that I have ever had!
We even noticed that the manager was helping the staff. He came to our table himself to check on how the food and the service was.
It’s been a long time since I had been a Red Lobster, but now that I have, I will surely be back👍👏👏

We love to go to Red Lobster when given the chance. We stopped at this one which is usually great when we have been here before but tonight was horrible horrible food horrible service just horrible. We spent over 100 dollars on food and drinks and was treated like we were eating from the dumpster out back. The food may have very well been from the dumpster out back it was cold and nasty. Don't know what happen to this place.

Waited for over 1 hour after being told 20 minutes 3 times. Ordered surf and turf . Was almost amusing 35.00 for a Lobster that was 6 small bites and a stake that was 8 bites. You would have thought to make up for that they have given me a average size potato but no. Wow Do all CEOs think themselves instead of pleasing their customers 🙄

The food was great, they obviously over booked. My reservation was at 7pm I waited to be sat until 7:58 and had to remind the host 3 times we were still waiting the oy system they had were multiple pieces of paper going with no order to it at all it was a clustered mess and they were telling walk in people the wait would be 45 mins. This was a very mismanaged night Our server was attentive and kept the cheddar bays rolling but we ordered as soon as er sat and it was over an hour before we got our food. Probably should not book 50 7pm reservations if you can't handle the crowd.

We made a reservation for 8:30 and when we showed up we were told the reservation wait time was 45 minutes. They also said that it may not be that long, and that they could take our number and call us when we can be seated. I left my number with the host and we waited in our car for 46 minutes. No phone call. No text. Nothing. So, we decided to go back into the restaurant and there were no more people in the waiting room, and the new host sat us immediately. I'm not sure how long we waited to eat, without knowing all reservations and walk-ins were sat before us. Very disappointed in the host services. Although, our waitress and our food were amazing!

Reservation was for 7. Seated at 8:15. Food then took another great while and we were full on cheese bread and soup by the time we finally got the meal. The only saving grace was that the waitress was very attentive
