We reserved a table days in advance for 3 for NYE 2026. This was the first NYE we had chosen not stay in for dinner and I was looking forward to enjoying the restaurant atmosphere and the always good food. The moment I was seated I was filled with disappoint. We got seated in the "garage area" on a table that seated for 6 or 8. Again there were 3 of us. I did mention to the waiter immediately was not pleased with the seating was really looking forward to be inside the restaurant, so I assumed she would pass that along immediately too. The manager did not come by our table until after drinks and appetizers were already served. The food was good as always but was soooo disappointed with the atomosphere in the "garage area" for this occassion. Maybe that would of been ok on an afternoon or when weather is warm but just did not feel fun or special....So what wasw the point to make a reservation if just going to be seated in the overflow area......

Since I'm from Tennessee I booked Redrock Canyon Grill from yelp reviews as I was in the area visiting family. We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday. Atmosphere was great and service was a bit slow however in their defense they were very busy, the noise level was that of a sports bar and it was a bit hard to hear as my 7 person party was put in a corner booth. Like I said I made the reservation online about a month in advance so I wasn't able to pick a table or a booth. Not complaining at all the food was good and we had a wide variety from the menu. My wife had the Salmon and shrimp cocktail and she loved it. I had the steak and it was very good, others in group had pork chops , trout, calamari, salad all with high remarks

Another outstanding Hal Smith restaurant. The noise level is always very high in this facility the music plus acoustics- if you're going with people who have hearing issues it can definitely be challenging for conversation.

We had the special Gorgonzola Filet with a rich red wine reduction. Served with mashed red potatoes and squash & zucchini. Absolutely amazing!!

Did not accept the dining rewards certificate that was tied to the reservation and both managers just wanted to give excuses and ruined our experience. We still tipped 21% to the server. Because it was the managers fault.

Always very good but disappointed to find out the Steak Frites was too spicy. Steak Frites should never be spicy. Roasted chicken and 10 oz filet were perfect. Work on the Steak Frites and I will give you a five stars.

Been know to drop in on a whim. Super disappointed in the new menu since my last round of visits. Really would like to see a better selection of steaks.
However this is a great spot to pony up to the bar and have a meal in peace, watch a game, and enjoy some relaxation.

The service was awful. The waitress was so passive and paid no attention to us. The manager was also extremely rude when she dropped off the bill and just threw it on the table. The food wasn't horrible but definitely not worth the money.
