Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q

We recently had the pleasure of having Rudy's BBQ cater our wedding, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, their service was exceptional, making our special day truly unforgettable.

The food was a standout feature of our wedding. We opted for a group meal style, and every dish was a hit among our guests. The pulled pork, brisket, and turkey received rave reviews, with many guests going back for seconds. We also had the potatoes, corn on the cob, and beans. It's clear that Rudy's takes pride in their craft, as the quality and flavor of the food exceeded our expectations. The drinks were also a hit, Tea and lemonade!

Working with the catering team was a delight. The person who took our order was so kind and patient with all our questions. The team was incredibly responsive and flexible throughout the planning process, accommodating our needs with ease(especially the many calls and emails from us). On the day of the wedding, the staff was professional, energetic, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Rudy's BBQ made it easy. Their expertise and attention to detail allowed us to focus on enjoying our day rather than worrying about logistics. The setup was seamless, and they kept everything organized and clean throughout the event.

Everything we've ever eaten here was great! Today, I tried the Prime Rib since we arrived early enough they still had some. Good smoked flavored throughout. Like, so good I forgot the horseradish sauce! I usually like mine more on the rare side, but this was still very tender and moist at a solid medium doneness.

Kid-friendliness: Big open room with long tables or picnic style tables.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps, but the doors do not open automatically. That being said, I have seen staff jump to open a door for those who appear to require assist.

Here me now and believe me later! Rudy's BBQ is overrated I'm not sure what has happened to my favorite BBQ place in the world. I once called this place home and would bring people from far and wide to try this amazing tasting BBQ. They say stuff about not wanting to know how the sausage is made but when you hear the goings on with the employees and how people get treated, it just becomes hard to look past. I mean open relationships are one thing but racism is another

Meat was smoked well. The sauce tastes like seasoned A-1 sauce. Not bad priced though. I'd cone again with my own sauce, and that's not to be mean.

Been going to Rudy's for 12 yrs now. Usually have no issues however Friday 08/16/24 the pound of sliced brisket I purchased was tough and could barely chew it up. I know brisket is probably one of the least consistent cuts of beef. Still was disappointing to spend money on poor quality.
