I’ve been coming to Rusty’s Custard Factory for almost 25 years, and employees like Bradleigh and Deacon are what make this place so special. Bradleigh makes the best custards I’ve ever had. They’re absolutely perfect, and you can tell how much care and effort she puts into them. She does such an amazing job every time. Deacon is just as wonderful. He is always so kind and welcoming towards everyone. He makes every visit better and creates such a positive experience from start to finish.
I truly appreciate both of them so much. After coming here for decades, it’s clear that Bradleigh and Deacon are a huge part of why Rusty’s continues to be a place people love. They deserve all the recognition!

I’ve been going to this place for almost a decade now, just went back for the first time in a while and it made me very sad. Custard was bad and the toppings were sparse and very low quality. Employees were kind, but it’s definitely not worth the high price for such a small amount.

Used to love coming here ever since I was a little girl. Was sad to come in today when passing through from Kingston Oklahoma and be told that you do not have a menu with options and now it is a build your own. That is not at all how it used to be.
After sitting here and eating my custard i have seen several other customers come in and order things from I’m assuming used to be the menu. As I have heard them order the “sinister” and the “union boss”. Now I am wondering why we were not told about the menu and told it was build your own only.

We stopped in this afternoon to get a cool treat and we’re so happy we did! Ava was super helpful and patient since we’d never been there before and made up our order quickly. It was SOOOO good! Ava was very attentive and kind - customer service like that is hard to come by! We can’t wait to come back.

Simple options so it's easy to choose. Great custard! Nice small place with indoor seating.
Sweet Cravings after amazing burger couple of doors down led us to this place.
Ordered Cherry Bombshell, Vanilla Concrete with Fudge.
Cherry Bombshell was ok, cup had a small hole and started leaking. Vanilla concrete you can barely taste the fudge.
