I ordered two extra large pizzas and when I got there they said sorry we made larges, rather than just make me what I ordered and apologizing, they insisted on giving me 25% off of the extra large price. I don’t think that even makes sense. They wouldn’t apologize for the mistake and make me the extra large pizzas that I ordered, they wanted me to take the large pizzas and be happy that they gave me a discount off of a extra large price of items that I did not receive.. How about make what I ordered and let me leave with what I wanted. I understand that wasting food is not cool but apologizing and owning the mistake is the actual right response. The responsibility ball was being passed around and not a single person stopped to think about the customers needs but rather who would get in trouble. My needs were enough pizza for six people. I picked up little sneezers to make sure I had enough. To top it all off when I get home the sauce is not the original (it’s from a can) and the feta cheese tastes and feels like ricotta. Not going to return. Just don’t expect better I guess. Disappointing.

Wont return! Calzone was full of ricotta cheese & very little meat. The sauce tasted like it came from a can. Pizza was terrible. Very little sauce on it. Turkey pesto sandwich wasn’t good. In the drink dispenser, the only choices of drinks was Sprite or Coke. Everything else was out. She did offer canned soda. But your drink machine should work. Nothing good to say about this place!

We always drive to Norman from Edmond because Sandro's is so good The cheesesteak the Philly cheesesteak is the best in the state nobody makes a better Philly than Sandro's the pizza is very good the drinks are reasonable good service! however some of the employees weren't wearing masks including the cook in the kitchen I don't feel safe in a restaurant where people won't wear their mask they need to try to do that some of us have existing conditions and we need to be careful please wear your mask sandros
