I arrived around 5:15, although I can’t recall exactly. The customer service and food were disappointing. I ordered four garlic breads but received only one, so I had to go back to get the rest. When I returned, they looked dry and old. I also ordered potato soup, but it was completely watered down with strange chunks inside. I've ordered it many times before, and the morning shift usually prepares it better than the current staff. I'm very disappointed. When I called, they only complained, saying it was toasted bread and that they couldn't do anything about the staleness of it and the watered-down soup.

I have given this location 3 separate visits by their drive thru. The first time no chicken on my chicken salad, the second time the salad was horrible & today I got soup & salad, I asked for extra dressing & I received zero dressing. I told myself today I'd give them one last time & today was it. I will NEVER go back again. I suggest if you absolutely have to go there do it at your own risk & check your order before you leave. Extremely disappointing & TBH inexcusable.

Picked up a Greek salad with chicken during my lunch break. Salad was overall great, however, jalapeños were a bit soggy and the salad came with some unexpected extra protein.
After enjoying the majority of the salad, I got down to remaining remnants and realized there was a hitchhiker making its home among the lettuce.
A green insect had made its home in my lunch. Fortunately (or unfortunately), I had somehow navigated around the insect while eating. With how crunchy the lettuce was, there is actually no telling if I had just massacred this poor bugs entire family throughout the meal.
I called Schlotzsky’s and informed them of the misplaced visitor, and they provided a free batch of cinnamon rolls. I was informed that due to this information, that they are changing out the batch of lettuce currently being used. Needless to say however, I will be abstaining from salads for a while.

We ordered 2 small sandwiches only and 2 medium drinks and was charged almost $29. I noticed on my receipt a charge for almost $5 for a md combo. We didn't order the combo meals, just sandwichs and drinks only. The guy at the window got the manager and she said she needed to keep my receipt and said she would credit my card back for the overcharge. Its been 10 days and still no credit for the $4 and change. It seemed weird that she said she needed to keep my receipt.

Im so sorry but i came in yesterday. i went to order food and i asked her, what was her name and she said she was the gm and she smelled really bad and had blood all over the back of her pants and was making food!!! That is disgusting and touching peoples food knowing u got blood on the back of ur pants is not ok that should be against policy. I didnt even order food.
