Ive wrote reviews for this location before and I mean what I say each time.. This location is so kind, thoughtful, and caring. They make your food with the action of giving you the best experience. Each employee is awesome regardless of the time or day. A big round of applause for Lashawna (forgive me if I spelt that wrong)for going above and beyond every time. I hope this helps you decide to eat here.. I'm on the way there now ! LOL

Man, they have this half sandwich half soup or side thing going on and it's wonderful ! I got half of an original and the potato soup. Their bread sticks are the best around. Will be a fast favorite of mine!

This was the first time me and my friend came here and we were curious about what it was like- when we walked in we immediately loved how the place smelled amazing, like fresh bread. LaShawna was our cashier and she was spectacular! She gave a thorough breakdown of the menu and even asked a bit on our preferences so she knew what to recommend to us. She also told me I could sit while ordering because I was getting lightheaded, and not a lot of places do that!! Her service was so good that we already decided this was a new favorite place. It’s quiet here and so nice, I can’t wait until next time!!

Stopped by the Norman location tonight for dinner. The restaurant was clean, I was greated as I walked in. Love that. The manger, I never get her name but she has pretty lashes. Is always so friendly and nice. We'll keep coming back.
Was told by the tweaker working in the drive thru at 7:10pm 12/1 that I need to go inside to pick up my mobile order, when in the app there is a selection to pick up in the drive thru. I won’t be back but just wanted to let people know their employees will make you fell like they’re doing you favor for a service that you paid for.

Had dinner here a couple nights ago. The food was great as always and the cinnamon rolls to die for. I received especially excellent service from am employee named Brandi who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and that everything we received was top notch quality. We will be back time and time again because of her (and the cinnamon rolls lol)!!

I always look forward to my meals and can't wait to try the rest of the menu!

I ordered a Pastrami & Swiss on sourdough bread. The service was phenomenal, I was greeted by Leshawna she made the whole the experience 5 stars. She walked me through the ordering process(1st time @ Schlotzskys) Definitely enjoyed the food and experience!
