I gave the food a 4-star because my husbands large blender was super runny and very milky. He stopped getting the XL Blender bc it has too many ice chunks in it. Disappointing.

Officially done with scooters. Have been coming here since they opened and quit coming for a while when the drinks became so inconsistent you were just hoping it would resemble what you ordered. Now I’m getting mochas that don’t even have coffee in them!! Nice. Absolutely no caffeine for nearly $8.

Update: The new GM gives hope back to the loyalists. Very professional and courteous. Handled the issue with understanding and care.
The 12th and Alameda location has been constantly messing up our orders the last 2 weeks. Today was the last straw. We order a vanilla blender and a carmelicious blender both no whip 2 extra shots. Today they both looked like vanilla as the carmelicious had no caramel. A guy came to the window and got an attitude about our complaint and instead of fixing the problem, he pumped some caramel into a cup and handed it to us before slamming the window shut. It's ridiculous that we pay $18+ 4-6 times a week to be treated horribly when we did nothing wrong. What's so hard about saying 'I'm sorry, let me fix that for you.' We've been going there since they opened and our orders is the same every time so we obviously know how our drinks are supposed to look and taste. My wife and I don't deserve to be treated with disdain over something we are paying for.

I personally come here to get peanut butter coffee. The blended drinks are by far my favorite!
Now, I went out of my routine and tried the seasonal peach ring energy drink. (Give it a try) I would definitely try this again if it's available blended. What can I say, I like what I like.

This is hands down the best drive thru Scooters ( or any coffee drive thru ) I have been to!! My blended carmalicious was awesome ! The person that made my drink , made it Perfect( I ordered it with oat milk ) and the person at the window that waited on me was and is always super friendly . I know I will spell their names wrong , but Sloan and Slinket , I believe are their names .( plz correct me if I spelled them wrong ) ?They are definitely an asset to Scooters!! Take 5 minutes and swing by 12th and Alameda in Norman . You will not be sorry . ? I am hooked!

This scooters is pretty good. Tastes a little different than where I'm from. Once forgot to add the caramel in my caramelicious, but overall great people and great service, as well as good coffee.

UPDATE: So I went back. Told them of my dilema from last time. They made it perfect. And gave me some money off. Now I know what to say when I order and make sure they hear me say "oatmilk." I will go back for sure. Edited: I tried there Iced Matcha with oatmilk. It was amazing. Went again yesterday and didn't taste the same. ? I think they put milk and not as much matcha? Blah! I had to go to work. I will try again and see. The first one, compared to Starbucks perfectly, but it is a bit pricier at Scooters. Get it right, peeps.
