I have given this location a chance over and over. I've never had good service since the rebuild. Tonight I waited 20 minutes on an app order for 2 drinks. I tried to wave down a car hop with no luck. I just left and went to the Sonic on 24th St. Great service there.

When I got there the sonic employee said “we’re closed” and I asked him do you guys usually close this early? And he answered rudely with “well it is 10” and I was like oh well that’s not what your closing time is on google and he answered again very rudely “well BYE”

I would give 0 stars if I could. French fries and tater tots so hard and old, i wouldn't even feed to my dogs let alone my kids. Chilli on the chilli tots was old, not warm a bit. Ordered a hamburger and got a cold cheeseburger. This place should be closed.

Ordered ahead of time, showed up on time, and waited about 15 minutes. Food came out extremely cold, lettuce literally brown and slimy, and the burger was hard. Just trying to get my son some food. Thanks sonic!

Placed mobile order...drove 7 mins to pick up, pick up time was only 5 mins away, checked in, 15 mins later the order was brought out. Fries seemed to have been double fried or super old and covered in salt, all of them so crunchy you couldn't even eat them, the onion rings were all stuck together and so fried that the breading just crumbles as you touch em and the onion was shriveled up. Chili cheese coneys... chili is runny like they added water and of course the buns were soggy and inedible from all the liquid in the boats. Not a pleasant experience!!

I come here every morning during the week in order the same drink there has been times that I’ve waited in the drive-through waiting for somebody to take my order for more than five minutes. There’s been a couple days that I’ve even drove off because nobody would ever take my order today, January 8. I waited for five minutes. There was people behind me. I pull out. I go back around pull back to the drive-through finally get somebody to take my order for one drink. They need more people working here in the morning time, especially in the area that this one is located.
Came at 10pm on a Thursday, all lights are on and waited at the drive thru for a couple minutes just to have a lady come on and say they are closed. Turn lights off and change your hours if that’s the case.

I don’t know how this location stays open. I have been here a handful of times and it always takes way too long to get food. I ordered a kids hotdog with nothing on it and two drinks and it took 30 minutes to get my food I had already paid so there was no point in leaving. I could have driven to the other side of Norman and gotten food before this order ever came out. Who runs this place? Why are they not fixing this?

This sonic is the fastest and most neat in Norman. The people ran up to my car and checked on us and got our drinks so fast. The one chataqua is usually super slow. I recommend this one!!

We have given this Sonic multiple chances since they reopened. Their service and ability to get simple orders are horrendous. Place an order on the app and pay the extra for extra things and request light ice so the drinks are not full of only ice and it is never correct. We will make sure to avoid this store at all costs. Especially since I tried to call at least 5 times to try and see if they would make the order correct and they refuse to answer the phone.
