I have had to cancel several doordash orders here because it is extremely slow every other Sonic in Norman has it ready when I get there. The lady over the intercom has the worst and most annoying voice I've ever heard in my life please find someone else to work the entire time I know you only pay 725 an hour but you have to do betterVegetarian options: Worst Sonic in the country.

I ordered 3 drinks on my app, waited 30 minutes after check in and called, she said she would be right out. Another 15 minutes went by and I flagged a girl down (the only other car there). Drinks were brought out, ice had melted. I’ll never go to this location again.

I come by the sonic all the time because it’s close to my house but I waited 45 minutes for two drinks In a stall Because the drive-through was closed (Not sure why, but they do this all the time ) and when the car hop Finally came out she stopped at the car right next to mine And was having the time of her life talking to the guy in the car because they were friends. She stood over there for no less than 10 minutes. And then finally made her way over to my car With one drink. Like, are you kidding me? I just waited 45 minutes for two drinks because you guys have the drive-through closed, Waited an extra 10 minutes so you could have some catch up time with your friend and you still forgot one of the drinks? When I informed her, I was missing a drink. She acted confused and said she would be right back and never returned… I was sitting there for another 20 minutes with the red button activated And they never picked up the red button. I had to use my cell phone to call the sonic directly and tell them what was going on and I was still waiting for another drink. Isn’t this supposed to be fast food? That was an hour of my life I’ll never get back, worst experience I’ve ever had at sonic by far.

This is the only good Sonic in town. Fresh, hot, and awesome service every time. I drove right past the crackhead Sonic at 12th and Alameda, and the other on 12th and Lindsey, and come here now.

I've been going to sonic for years, it may have changed locations but this one meal I always get changed within a couple weeks. Not only did the meal I got not come with half of the meal I normally would get ordering the same exact thing, the price also raised. I'm furious and will never come back again. Thank you.
