I grew up next to this sonic and ate here a LOT as a kid, and was never disappointed. Since moving out many years ago I’ve been disappointed by other locations many times and stopped going all together. Tonight I decided to go back to the tried and true and the food I got was great! I’m not sure what’s different about this location but it’s ALWAYS been good. Rated 4 stars just because the fries were subpar, but otherwise everything else was fantastic. :)

The service I received at this Sonic was disappointing, to say the least. While the individual who took our order was very kind, it was very frustrating, because I had to repeat multiple aspects of my order over five times. I only ordered five items. For the burger, I had asked for it to be plain with only ketchup, cheese, bacon, meat, and add grilled onions. I had to specify that I wanted to add grilled onions five times before they appeared on the screen. Next, I asked for light ice in one of my drinks three separate times and never showed it on the screen. After we got the burger, I saw on my receipt that I had paid for the grilled onions on the burger, but there were none. I found that especially irritating because I specifically asked for them five times. I wouldn't recommend.

Always great customer service and the food is always fairly decent. Whoever bags the food however, is terrible. Can never remember to give napkins or the correct sauce packets. 9/10 times I order mozzarella sticks I never get marinara. Who tf orders mozz sticks without marinara??

we use the drive thru frequently. the service is top notch. freindly, fast, sufficient.pleasant deamenor'beautiful smile.welcoming.food is always hot.even once we arrive home.great tasting beverages ie. cherry limade with grape.many more offerings on menu..happy hour daily where drinks are 1/2 price and or free.

Stopped by today bc Alameda had too many cars in line in the drive thru. Ordered something easy, breakfast burrito with sausage, tater tots & drink. Got home, breakfast burrito had nothing but eggs! Very little flavor & much smaller than I get at other Sonics....plus I waited forever for it. Now, I know why there was no one in line at this location & the Alameda one was backed up. Great info for my next visit.

I got here about ten minutes till 11. I didn’t realize they closed at 11 because their lights were on. Anyway I pushed the button and waited 15 minutes with no response. Then I googled their hours.They knew I was here and ignored me. That’s no way to treat a customer.

I genuinely don't like saying this - as Sonic's chicken strips are generally pretty good - but in this particular instance - the chicken was slightly less than fully cooked. No defamation expressed nor implied, as bad things occasionally happen (and by nature, I tend to attract a portion of the "bad" things -- much like a mobile home park attracts tornadoes). Will I dine there again? Certainly.

The service was excellent the atmosphere was great I got my order didn't really take long for it to come out and it'll be a place that I will continue to go to from here on out!!!
