Today my husband stopped here to get me a chicken dinner. NOBODY seems to know what that is here? !
When he got these items separately (not in the box like normal) he checked the order and asked for fresh fries. The guy stated “I’ll have to check with my manager if we can do that.”
Seriously??? Shouldn’t you be sending FRESH product out anyway??
When did that become a manager approved request??

Highly disappointed in the customer service at this location!
Please train your locations about consistency and basic customer service asap!

This location is very slow, which fine, I'm not going to die if I don't get my shake after 10 minutes, but it is kind of annoying.

What matters more though is that they made my shake wrong. I ordered a medium caramel shake, and I already had driven home by the time I checked my food and realized that I received a vanilla shake. At least I thought it was a vanilla shake. I still ate the thing because whatever vanilla is fine just a little disappointing. But when I began to get to the bottom I realized that they did put the caramel in it, but they just didn't mix it. There was like a whole half inch of caramel just stuck on the bottom of the cup.

It would've been one thing to get the order wrong, still disappointing but I can deal with it whatever. It's a different thing for me though to see that they did get the order right but just didn't put in the effort to make it right. I'd even accept if it was mixed poorly, but it wasn't mixed at all which is just worse.

These are pickle “FRIES”. The fried part of the barely standing ones just slid off, so it was hot pickles and the rest is just mushed pickles and fried?
