Ive given this location so many chances, but will just go to a different location even though this one is closest to work. Ordered an oreo cheesecake shake and the oreo pieces were stale and mostly at the bottom. Just threw it away. Waste of money.

I ordered a cherry limeade, 2 slushes, a pretzel twist & 2 small orders of popcorn chicken. The cherry limeade did not taste good & neither did either of the slushes. The pretzel didn't taste very good & my kids said the chicken was gross. Overall a waste of money so I won't be returning to this location. Very disappointing.

Ordered a good amount of food. Got home and my daughters chicken sandwich meal had nothing on it, not even mayo,ketchup, I mean Nothing but the chicken and bun. My others daughters grape slush looked like they hardly put anything in it because it wasn't even purple. I called and made them aware of the situation and mentioned how I am a restaurant owner and wanted them aware to be more watchful (because how do you miss not putting anything on the sandwich.) The man on the phone asked if I wanted to come back up but I couldn't so I said no I just wanted to make yall aware so the employees do their job right. He then said "WELL I DONT KNOW WHY YOU EVEN CALLED THEN." I then did raise my voice and told him not to be rude because since I have a restaurant they need to make sure people are doing right. It was absolutely rude and horrible service. I should have just went up there and got a refund at that point. It's like he didn't even care they made that mistake.

Went for lunch today because I needed something quick. Got a #1 mustard no mayo no lettuce tater tots and a limeade. I specifically asked the person at the window if there was no mayo on my burger, they said yes there was no mayo I get all the way back to the office and what's on my Burger? Mayo. I then had to go all the way back up to the sonic and ask for a new burger because I'm allergic to mayo and then I asked them for new Todd because at that time my thoughts were cold. I live down the street from the sonic. It's super close, and I've had repeated issues with this restaurant the only saving grace at that place is Jake, so thank you Jake!
